The technician came out early, got to work, and had feed back within 20 minutes. He was polite and professional. Would recommend.

This was a good visit on Aug 12, 2022. I didn't get his name, but my notification had Eugene Parodi scheduled to be the technician. Prompt and professional. He conducted a diagnostic of one of the dampers that wasn't working properly. Basically, it wasn't opening and causing downstairs to be very cold and upstairs very hot. He communicated with me clearly, showed me pictures and video. A temporary solution was given and executed until a replacement actuator can be installed.

Adam gets 5 stars! He was very professional and informative! I learned there is more to maintaining my unit than just changing the filter every month!!
