Salesman Ryan walked us through our options Saturday afternoon and Luis and Robert installed our new system first thing Monday. Everything was handled professionally and quickly without rushing. Never thought it would be this easy to replace our failing HVAC system!

Needed a new HVAC system installed immediately due to old HVAC system stop working, giving Texas July’s and everyday being over 100 degrees outside this was imperative.

Adam (very knowledgeable and professional) at Kane Heating and Air Conditioning went out of his way, the day of, to give an estimate for new system. Kane scheduled and install new system within 48hrs. Installer, Louis and his helper did an amazing job installing new system and a very clean install.

Very happy with Kane and the professional employees they have working for them and very happy with my new Lennox HVAC system!

I first made an appointment online, they contacted me shortly after and were able to schedule me in that day. David had called 30min prior and said he was on his way; right on time. He proceeded to check my thermostat, the units, etc and worked quickly to get a diagnostic on my AC problem. He got to the bottom of it within 20min, talked me through the process and helped me understand the equipment in my home. I’m so glad I chose this company when I did! Everyone from the staff who set up my consultation, Ryan who came out to give me an estimate and show me my options, to the two gentleman who came and set up my new unit were very helpful and professional. It only took 5 days from the day I chose the unit to the finished install. Today we got the unit installed and it only took less then 4 hours. I highly recommend Kanes heating and air. We are happy that we won't be sweating inside this summer!

We had multiple parts break down on our really old system. Install only took a couple hours due to our system being so old, and has not been up to code for years now. As a new homeowner, having a system that is not older than myself is a boon. Gabriel did a very good job, explained everything as he went with the install. Ray did our initial evaluation, and helped us with financing. Both did a fantastic job.

Luis was very knowledgeable and polite. He arrived on time finished on time and answered all my questions. He did a very good job. We are completely satisfied with the job.
