This is the best service I have ever received for replacement of an entire unit.The staff is off the hook and friendly and you are not forgotten after the install,they send out the best service techs to maintain your system and keep you in the know for upgrades and more. I highly recommend their services to first time home ownership.

Needed a basic inspection and service to make sure it was in working order as i was not familiar with the system at my new house. I messaged Kane on their website and within minutes i received a call and was scheduled the same day. Eugene was the technician that came out and couldn’t have been more Knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Fortunately my system was in good repair. I felt good about the company, their work, and did not feel ripped off. I’ll definitely recommend them as #1 to anyone in need of HVAC services.

Second time using this company, and both time, they have been able to send a tech the same day I call, even during the heat wave we currently have. Tech showed up early which was great since I was without AC. Was very professional and made sure to check everything out before trying to quoting for repairs to avoid additional work and costs. Kept me informed of all findings and next steps.

Called them because system they installed just barely over a year ago was not working. They sent a guy he was great but the repairs he did didn't fix the issue completely. The unit is still drawing so much power trying to turn on that it pops and dims all the lights in my house & it's still not cooling my house. It's pretty bad when it's so damb hot inside your house it don't matter if you go outside because your going to sweet either way. I called back two days later they want me to stand outside and get heat stroke to wait for the unit that barely turns on to turn on and video tape it trying to turn on and not starting half the time and the other half when it dose start pops and dims all the lights in my house. I call them back after the weekend they want to charge me another service fee. So I guy they are just going to fix one thing at a time they find wrong so I have to keep calling and paying service fees until the hole issue is fixed. When it turns on it only runs about 5 minutes and turns off for hours even though temperature in the house is 10 degrees hotter than what the thermostat is set on. So we can't never cool off in our house.
