They came out the day after I called and gave me a free quote on replacing my AC unit. The price was fair and and they sized my unit to exactly what my needs were.

Install was a little rough, but it was due to errors with the supplier of the unit and not the technicians’ fault whatsoever. They drove down to San Marcos to get the correct part and worked through the afternoon heat in my attic just to get the cold air flowing before the end of the day.

My only improve would be their follow-up process and communication with the customer. I’m sure it’s normally just fine, but there was some confusion given our unique situation and we were somewhat forgotten about. Most likely a result of the tech that did our install no longer working for them. However, there is nothing that a phone call can’t fix and once I told them about the situation they sent their best technicians out the next day to finish the work and check on what the last technician did. Both of them were very kind and went above and beyond to ensure our unit was up to speed.

Overall, great experience with Kane Heating and Air and they will be who we call from now on.

Last week my HVAC system stop working during one of the hottest weeks here in Texas. I called Kane Heating company and set up an appointment for the weekend. Bill, who answered the phone when I called, was very pleasant and understanding and tried to give me an appointment the next day. The tech guy Eugene was very knowledgeable, friendly and answered all the questions I had. He also gave me tips on how to help take care of my HVAC system.
I just want to say thanks to Kane Heating & Air Conditioning company for their great service!

Not that the service was bad but I ended up fixing the ac on my own while they tried telling me to get a new one because it was 8 years old. And the leak the technician found was just ice thawing and making water. I was disappointed they didn't check the vents or offer to clean the coils. Saved myself 6700 dollars.

I am extremely satisfied with the services I received. The repairman who came out was so professional, and kind I didn’t even get a second quote to see if I could get a new system cheaper. I might have overpaid, I’m not sure, but I feel that I got great service, quickly and professionally.
The technician Ray was fabulous. Fast and efficient is what I think.

Bill, who assisted me with communicating with Rheem to get my manufacturer warranty honored, did an amazing job. Rheem provided substantial pushback and initially denied the unit we had was defective. Thanks to Bill and the team at Kane, we were able to have resolution.
