After battling with another AC company for WEEKS to repair our system ( yes, a home warranty was involved) we explained that we wanted to have another company that was “local” to come out. Sean was at our home within 20 minutes of the call. Not only was he professional but was consistently working with us & keeping in touch with the warranty company to make sure our air was working. It took a few calls to Old Republic but the authorization was placed & Sean had our system working in a very timely manner.

We had our HVAC replaced by Comfort Tech about 5-6 years ago. In 100 degree temps our unit started to freeze up. They came out right away on a Saturday to diagnose and suggested we wait until Monday when their rates are lower to have the coils cleaned. Rather than just throwing expensive parts in it, they cleaned the coils. I’m extremely happy with their honesty and prompt attention to our needs.

Took them a month to come out. My warranty company sent these people. They will say something’s “dirty” to get out of doing their job bc they have to spend money to fix it. They try to keep putting it off until the warranty expires that way we will have to come out of pocket instead of them. Had experienced family member stop by a Look at it said it wasn’t dirty anD that it has a leak! So basically I was lied to!! This company is shady!

Mr Sean was very polite, knowledgeable and affordable. He didn’t try and sell me anything that I didn’t need or ask for. I called early morning and Mr Sean asked when would be the best time for me. Great customer service! I will definitely be using them again for preventive maintenance. I’m also referring my neighbors to Mr Sean and his company.

I honestly did not feel that this company had my best interest in mind. Sean came into my home and right off the bat said if my filter or coils were dirty my warranty would not cover for the clean and didnt bother to hear me and my wife's complaint. After about 10 min he left charging me the 65 fee and said to get better insulation for my home. Only giving a 2 stars and 1 just because Sean did give me some pointers.

This is by far the worst service I have ever had! From unprofessional phone calls to bad recommendations of what needed to be fixed. The service tech did not even leave me a list or any tips of forms for my insurance company of what needed to be repaired/replaced. They were always late, without calling to inform me. Today they were to come out and replace my unit and replace the thermostat inside the house. The service tech showed up looking very unprofessional. He informed my husband that they did not bring the right parts but blamed it on the insurance company. They informed me after the tech trained all coolant that they would not finish the repairs today. I asked if I would air conditioning tonight. He said no, I will be back tomorrow. This is seriously unexpectable!! It's 80+ degrees outside. Not to mention I have a newborn and a toddler at home. Being without air conditioning is not reasonable. The service tech was extremely annoyed. He did not say another word to me. I called the boss, who was also unprofessional. He said "you are barking up the wrong tree". And kept blaming the issues of the insurance company. I would never ever recommend this company to anyone!

Horrible company! Had two wonderful gentlemen come out to service our home through our home warranty company. The supervisor pulled up a bit later and begins yelling at his employees. After that was said and done, they were supposed to reach out to my warranty company to order the parts. The supervisor was trying to say we needed a $175 part, not covered by our warranty, yet we were never told about it while they were here and my husband was there for the whole diagnostic. I called the supervisor to ask about the situation and he stated, "We don't want to service your house. Call your gome warranty and have them send someone else out." and then he hung up on me. This is not a way to treat anyone, especially a family who has been waiting months for them to make it right! I am livid!
