The technician was very courteous, professional, and thorough. I wasn't happy with all the issues and I am more than likely going to need a new unit. I've only been in this house since December so I had no idea what to expect. Thank you so much for your prompt response.

Called Kane Heating and Air when my unit stopped heating during the storm. They answered quickly and had a tech out right away, Robert was knowledgeable, professional and very personable. He diagnosed and repaired my unit, got us heating asap...very skilled. The price was right on point!! Highly recommend Kane to anyone!!!

I called, the response time was awesome. Chris was ringing my doorbell within a hour. He did his investigation, had my unit up and running within 45 minutes. Chris explain to me in detail, all the necessary maintenance and actions taken to keep the unit running. Great Job, Chris!

EDIT: Cody, the owner of the company, was very determined to make things right and resolve the situation. He was very nice talking and dealing with my husband. He definitely made things right with us. He cares about making sure his customers are happy and satisfied.
Josh, a technician supervisor, came out and diagnosed the issues in a short amount of time. He knew exactly what was wrong very quickly, he was very thorough, knowledgeable, and explained it all. They got the parts ordered and was back at the house in a couple days. Josh and another technician (not the first guy) came out and got everything fixed, and no other issues. We are now comfortable in our home. Based on how concerned and determined Cody was to make sure we got our AC fixed and how nice him and Josh were, we would use them again if needed, and WE DO RECOMMEND them.

Repair guy was at our home for 2 hrs going in and out repeatedly and into the attic. Finally figured out what was wrong and left saying he’d send us an estimate. An estimate still hasn’t come a day later. And I’m sure we know why. He stole our iPad! It was on the back of the couch when he was here, where he was passing it to go in and out the back door, when he left, so did the iPad. Called the company to let them know, and they said they need evidence. How are we supposed to provide evidence? All we know is; the guy was here and our iPad, the guy left and so did our iPad. Would not recommend this company for this reason but also he didn’t seem to know what he was doing.

I seached for the best companies in the area and are the best. Sales customer service and the installation team, everyone was very friendly and professional at all time. I will recommend and use their services again with out a doubt. Thank you guy for everything 🙏.

Prompt with setting appointments and fast at repair. Less than 24 hours and AC is running great again. Motor & capacitor replaced.
