We were very pleased with the service!! They showed up early and did such a efficient job! Cody explained everything and took his time and answered all of our questions. Kyle and his team did an amazing job with the install! They kept everything as clean as possible. And they cleaned everything up so well! I would recommend them to anyone. We have been extremely pleased with there work!

Ashton came to perform a/c maintenance and did a great job. Very thorough and very informative on the system. They are a quality organization.

I have been using Bon Air for years to service my heat pump.. they never disappoint. The technicians are always on time, are polite and professional. Devin came to my home last week and he did not disappoint. I would highly recommend this company for your heating and a/c service. You won't be disappointed.

My system had a leak, previous owners didn’t Register System. Decided to replace whole system for Warranty worrie free purposes. Went with Bon Air because of their reviews on google and on the Nextdoor app. They showed up and knocked out the system in a couple hours. Cleaned up like they were never here.

Technician was competent, friendly and knew what he was doing. He explained everything that he did for me. I feel like this company is honest. I had them out on one other occasion to do work. The company I called out first gave me incorrect diagnosis of the problem. I then called out Bonn Air and their diagnosis solved the problem and saved me quite a bit of money. I definitely recommend them.

This place is a joke. An expensive joke. I got 4 quotes and Bon Air seemed very professional so I went with them. They replaced the outside unit, coils and blower. However, I am constantly calling them to fix this problem they installed. It NEVER cools. Their 4 ton system has to cool ONE room with an oven in it and it won't work. I'm constantly changing the filters yet they come out and tell me that's my problem and charge me almost $300/pop to come out and insult me. Last time they came out and said there was 4 lbs of extra coolant in the system and basically called me a liar when I told them they've been the only ones to come out. I only call them back out because I want them to fix their stuff but now I'm done with this company. If you are a woman, do not use this company. All they do is soak you for every dollar they can squeeze from you and still leave you with a system that can't cool below 90 deg. Run, run away!!!

I have used Bon Air for many years and find their service to be excellent, honest, and thorough!

Bon Air Service sent someone out within a couple of hours of getting our repair ticket. Eric was our tech. Very respectful and nice guy. He had it diagnosed in just under 30 minutes, told me what was wrong and had it fixed very quickly. He even had the parts with him. Kudos for being so knowledgable and prepared! I’d definitely call them again and request Eric!

A/C wasn't working so called Bon Air and they showed up ASAP, even being a Sunday. The tech was professional and broke everything down nicely. He identified the issue quickly and fixed it up. Overall very smooth process and very happy with services rendered.

Have not really done anything yet but verify what I told them was wrong, but seemed very professional and friendly.
