We have used Bon Air for many years. They are reliable, thorough, courteous, arrive on time, and just great people. We have had occasions where we arrived home after work, nearing 6:00 PM, and the A/C motor is not working. We called and they sent a person. I can't say they are the least expensive, but I have not felt that they charged too much for their service. For more than 10 years we have subscribed to the twice a year checkup. That has always been a great value for us.

Honest and afgorable. My A/C unit started sorry cycling on a hot day. I called Bon Air and they were able to schedule a late appointment. My tech, Alex Garcia, showed up that evening and quickly diagnosed the issue as a dirty condenser. He cleaned out and I was back in business. He came back the next day at no charge to check the charge since he was concerned it might be accurate with a wet condenser.

Justin was very professional and kept us appraised of all he was doing. We appreciate Bon Air for coming out on a Sunday to take care of us. While AC repair is never cheap, we felt like we were given a fair price for good work, especially with the call being “after hours.” Thank you for taking care of us!

BonAir reminded me of appt. Technician was on time and thorough. He emailed me a detailed receipt of what service he performed. I have used them since I bought my house in 1993.

I can not say enough about this company’s customer service, expertise and even competitive pricing. I researched many companies and chose to go with Bon Air because I hoped they would give me a great install. Right on point! Cody and his army of men showed up and installed the most beautiful, top of the line Lenox system with all new ducting as well. Everyone of their employees were courteous and professional. We could not be happier. I highly recommend calling Cody if you need AC services. Best all around service I could find!

Update! Nearly 2 years later, Bon Air is still taking great care of us and standing behind their work. There have been a few issues and Bon Air has exceeded our expectations each time. I continue to be 100% satisfied with everyone I meet from Bon Air services. It’s nice to see that there are companies out there that still care about their customers. Thank you!

Technician’s name was Justin, and he went above and beyond. Extremely knowledgeable, and helpful. I am requesting him each time from now on.
