David & Jose came out to air balance our new home. They were on time, courteous, neat and efficient. They did a great job! Thank you for making a huge change for the better in our air flow needs.

We were in dire need of getting our heater fixed, so our warranty with Castle Rock called Houk. They were at my house same day before 6pm when they had no available appointments. We couldn't believe it. Tomas our tech was professional and took his time. He also took the time to explain and educate us on what to look for and how to care for our heating and air unit. Believe me, he took an extra 30 mins....Tomas went above and beyond to get our heater working before the freezing nights. Thank you Tomas...we appreciate you!!!

Houk installed new A/C system in our new home and it didn’t even worked for 4 years. System started showing leaks after 3 years and they didn’t have any kind of warranty. It appears that they use cheap quality parts, used cheap labor and takes no accountability for their work. Please stay away from them.

Been on hold for 3 1/2 hours for “5 calls in the cue”. Have to use this company because of their warranty contract with my builder. Would never use them if I didn’t have too
