    Kudos to Anders Air - dealing with a crippled AC in Austin during this hotter-than-normal summer start is no fun. Having to also go through the home warranty company basically lying and stalling is no walk in the park as well. DeAnna w/Anders came to the rescue and actually pro-actively called the HW company with the info they needed. And she also managed this while also helping another customer! I would highly recommend this company!

    Anders was extremely responsive, quick to get updates to us, and always had our best interest at top of mind! They worked with our extremely difficult home warranty company and fixed our AC and came out each time we had an issue afterwards to identify the issue and get us resolution ASAP. Highly recommend!

    I had a very bad experience with Andrew Air condition service team. The technician is not knowledgable. They were failure in terms of identifying the issue was pre-existing issue or new issue. Due to the wrong feedback given by the Andrew Air condition service , I lost the insurance facility. The customer care team also very poor responsive. Overall service with Andrew Air servicing is too bad. Not worthy to work with Andrew Air condition service. better to work with alternative service. The technician was not able to provide alternative fix or temporary patch. I dont recommend Andrew Air Service honestly.

    Anders Air was very quick to respond and schedule a service call. The tech showed up on time, was very friendly, extremely professional, and obviously cared about doing a good job. My furnace needed a replacement part. They were able to locate one and return within two hours to install it. Best experience I’ve had with an HVAC company. I would not hesitate to use them again.

    HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, great service and support from start to finish. I had two air handlers' needing to be replaced, Ryan Anders and his team were amazing. One of the units was on backorder, and their office manager DeAnna was not only on top of the issue, but was proactive in keeping me informed.

    When the units arrived, Ryan's crew couldn't have been more professional. Highly respectful of our home, were not only extremely efficient, but worked with little noise, and were constantly cleaning up behind them. After they finished, as a former contractor, i went up and inspected their work, and again, I couldn't be more happy with the quality and detail in every aspect of the installation.

    This was the first time I've used them, but they made a customer for life, I've already signed up for their annual service plan, which was also quite reasonable.

    Again HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

    Had a great experience with Anders Air. The owner, Ryan, was the technician. He explained what needed to be done and why it needed to be done. He was very trustworthy and fixed what needed fixing without trying to sell me anything else. This was a few weeks ago and everything has been running great. I will definitely be using them again for the spring and fall check-up services and if I have any other repair issues he'll be the one I call.

    This was the company selected by American Home Shield. This was one of the main reasons why I ended my contract with AHA as well. First AC repair visit the tech comes and clears the drain but never tested the system and we were good to go. 3 days later and cooling a second tech comes out and noticed the coil was freezing up. His immediate assessment was we were low on refrigerant (system less than 6 yrs old). Added 3 pounds and tried to leave, but we had to convince him the system was not cooling. He said with a dual system we had to turn the downstairs off if we wanted to use the upstairs system which was ridiculous. Then after "convincing" him to stay he immediately said you need a new coil because the system must be leaking. At no time did he ever check for a leak. You would think that if you suspected a leak you would put a little refrigerant in then check for a leak.
    Called back and stated the repairs would be 925.00. I then had a father/son company come out and after a FULL assessment noticed there was no leak, it was a dirty coil. During that service (half the money too), he put in a float switch (took him 5 minutes) that he did not charge me for (this company is Chilly Air Service). Anders wanted to charge me $300.00.
    DO NOT GO WITH ANDERS!! AWFUL TECHNICIANS!!

    In response you do not replace an engine to a car without checking the entire engine first to find out what is wrong. I WILL NOT reconsider this review which I believe is accurate and backed by other licensed technicians.

    Rondel is Excellent. He was So patient and determined to figure out our A/C problem, which he did. He fixed the problem. He is very knowledgeable and kind and friendly, and answered all of our questions. We were impressed.
    DeAnna is Also Excellent, so friendly and kind and helpful. She is impressive, too.
