They were very quick to respond and come out to fix my AC. They had to order the part and got it installed immediately. They also followed up on the phone to make sure I was taken care of.

Can I please give them 10 stars?! The best AC service we've had so far and BY FAR.
I opened a service request with the AHS at 3am, and by 7:30 am Diana from the office already called me with an appointment for the next day (which was a Saturday of a long weekend mind you!). With many years of home warranty companies experience, this virtually never happens. You are often lucky to get someone out on Monday, if you called on Friday.
Our compressor was bust, and since it was the 3rd broken compressor in 2 years, we've decided to replace the whole unit rather than just the broken part. Diana and Ryan were able to get us a quote, authorize it by American Home Shield , get the unit AND have it installed in... 24 hours! The most efficient, professional, expedient service we've ever had - hands down. Not to mention that Diana at the office is simply wonderful and so personable - dealing with her was just a treat. She went out of her way to try and help us (anyone with a broken AC knows how frustrating the experience and the wait for service, parts and approvals can be) and make our service experience something worth mentioning to others. We are also like supporting local business, and Anders Air is a small local family run company.
Overall, we would highly recommend Anders Air - they are definitely our new *go to * for all of our HVAC needs.

The technician arrived on time and was able to fix our A/C issue quickly. He was very professional and explained throughly what needed to be repaired. Turned out to be a minor repair. Great Job!!!! Thank you for getting out A/C system back up and running quickly.

We have American home shield. Got an opportunity to select Anders air conditioning. Prompt response with quick date for service and a 2 hour service window which I have not had from anyone else. Ryan Anders came out and changed our thermostat. Working well so far. Thanks for the excellent service.

We used Anders Air Conditioning through our home warranty plan. They were great to work with and they helped ensure the work was done correctly and promptly as soon as the HVAC component/compressor was delivered. The Anders Air Conditioning team was always kind and on-top of their communications.

Our AC went out, and the first few companies we called couldn’t come to assess for 1-2 weeks (that’s a long time with no AC during a Texas summer!). Our neighbor recommended Anders Air so we called and they came the same day. Not only were they super responsive, but everyone we worked with - from scheduling to repair work - was professional and friendly. They worked late into the evening on a Friday to get us up and running, which we appreciated so we didn’t have to wait until Monday. Needing AC work is never fun, but if you have to do it I highly recommend Anders Air.

I was worried I'd be spending the holiday weekend without working A/C in the summer, but DeAnna got me on the schedule quickly and Mario came to our rescue the same day. I'm so thankful for the wonderful service provided and the communication they provided during each step. I hope I never have to, but if I need help with my A/C again, I know where I'm going.

Great company. Very polite, quick, and knowledgeable. Ryan not only diagnosed the problem in no time, but explained to me in depth what the issue was and how I can identify it in the future. I'm a new home owner, and arguably not a very handy human being, but Ryan was patient and explained a couple of AC maintenance questions I had unrelated to the service call.
