I contacted them through AHS and opened the ticket on a Friday night. The earliest I could get a person to come out was the next Friday. It has been more than 3 weeks of Texas heat and my AC still not repaired. Do not go with this company.

Excellent service. Very responsive and quick to book appointment. Presented all the facts of the issue and quickly received a quote for entire AC replacement. They were able to book us within the same week to replace the entire unit. Their crew is very polite and professional. They also left everything very clean afterwards. Very satisfied customer.

It has been a pleasure doing business with Ryan at Anders Air! He has been servicing our AC system for the past 3 years and has not let us down yet. We have an old unit that he has been able to bring back to life 3 or 4 times in the last couple years without having to buy a new unit. He never oversells himself and is always upfront and clear about what the best solution to the problem is. He describes the problem in a way that I can understand and potential ways to prevent further damage to the system. He is a very busy man, but has always been able to fit us in his schedule in a very timely manner. I have and will continue to refer Ryan to anyone having issues with their AC.

AC stopped working. Called before 8:00 and Ryan was out in the early afternoon. Scheduling was easy, and we were cooling by 3:00. Professional, clean and nice. Couldn't ask for more.
