Anders Air Conditioning LLC.

We put in a request through our home warranty for an AC tune up, and we had an appointment scheduled with Anders air last week. Since then we have been canceled/rescheduled 4 times. Over the weekend our AC unit has stopped cooling, and when Anders called to cancel us for the 4th time (on the same morning as our appointment) we were told they could not come out for another week. Jenny’s response was that the technician kept calling in and they were going to let him go. No other solution was offered and I felt like they did not even care to have our business at that point.

Best a/c tech that has ever been to my house! Zach was amazing!!!! He was very thorough and explained everything he was doing step by step. He took his time and made sure the unit was working properly. Honestly most a/c people are in and out in a minutes and never really diagnose the issues. Zach gets 5 stars and deserves a raise! The office staff was also very responsive. I can’t say enough good things about this company. This is Texas…. We need our a/c. If you need help Anders is certainly the company I would call.

Have used Anders Air a few times now. First back in 2019 to diag & replace the indoor coil that had developed a leak soon after we bought our house. The second time in 2023 for maintenance and fixing a breaker issue with our heating kit. Both times they've done great work.
