Anders Air Conditioning LLC.

Anders Air Conditioning was assigned via American Home Shield home warranty. I called because my second floor was not cooling to the thermostat set temperature. Zach came out the next day and gave us top notch service allowing me to ask a ton of questions and provided me different options for my leaking evaporating coil with a strong recommendation without be "salesy" . Today was the second time he came out because I had to wait for my evaporating coil to defrost and added 3lbs of refrigerant. I was more than happy to give him a tip for each visit which is was very appreciative. And he wore booties in the house -- important for a no shoes in the house household.

Although, the job is not done because Anders Air Conditioning has to communicate with American Home Shield about repairs coverage I am very happy with the service so far. The recommendation is to change (not repair) the evaporating coil. Fingers crossed on price.

Also Anders Air Conditioning is family owned and we always try to support local companies.

We submitted through our home warranty company and Anders Air was sent out. The person that came out was nice... not sure what he did exactly but said everything looked great. Here we are a month later and now our A/C is not blowing cold upstairs.

The technician that came out was amazing. He was very thorough and helpful. He answered all of my questions, identified the issue, and fixed it while explaining everything. It was very nice as a first time home buyer.

Zach came to help us with an issue regarding our AC not cooling properly. After doing a diagnosis and resolving the issue, he went above and beyond by ensuring our AC, Furnace, and Thermostat were all working effectively and communicating properly. The technician they sent, Zach, is a great guy. He explained the issues with our unit, gave us options and had it running before he left. Zach is by far the most professional and personable repair man to ever set foot in this house.

Blake was extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. After checking out our AC system and replacing the filter, he explained and showed my wife and me how to set our complicated, non-intuitive Nest thermostat. I don’t remember the name of the HVAC specialist that came out but he was very efficient and knowledgeable. He even took a minute to teach me some very basic troubleshooting about the problem I was having. Great company, great technicians!

Zachary completed the A/C System Maintenance under my OneGuard Home Warranty. He was great, knowledgeable, and thorough. Pointed out potential small preventive issues and provided pricing to eliminate future breakdowns. He was very professional and patient while answering my questions. I have used Anders AC in the past and will continue so.

Blake did an awesome job servicing my AC unit. He was extremely fast and knowledgeable. He gave us great tips on how to take care of our unit between service appointments. I will definitely be using Anders again.
