Daniel is our preferred technician for almost 10 years now! He has serviced our units at multiple addresses over the years and is always on time, professional, and thorough. What I feel is most important , aside from his expertise in HVAC systems , is that I feel comfortable with him in our home. In a time where you don’t always have good peace of mind with service men in your home or working in the house with the kids home; it is important to feel safe with people in your home. I couldn’t be happier with the excellent service provided by Samuel. Not only was he able to diagnose and repair my AC unit in minutes, but he went the extra step to call his management office to see if any of the parts or service were under warranty from my builder. I didn’t think I had any warranty coverage given I’ve been in my home over 5 years. Because of Samuel’s dedication to customer service, he discovered my parts were under warranty, so I only had to pay for the service. Absolutely would recommend K & S. Ask for Samuel, he’s the best!

K & S installed 3 units in our home when it was built in 2014. We have the units serviced 2 times a year. Our technician, Andrew, is very professional, efficient, and knowledgeable! He thoroughly checked everything out, explained what he did and what he found (everything was good) and even took the time to answer a few questions regarding the proper heat/cool settings I should be using. Dan did an excellent job. He identified my problem immediately and was able to fix it in no time. He also updated me on my unit and told me about features I did not know it had. Before leaving, Dan asked me if I was completely satisfied and if he fixed everything to my satisfaction. It was nice to know he cared and wanted to make sure I was satisfied. Thanks again Dan. My ac unit was not cooling as well as it used to they gave Me an appointment during one of thier busiest times of the year called to give Me a heads up they were coming Kurt was awesome he cleaned my whole unit and showed me what to do and look for next time if I had a issue so nice and professional I will use k and s heating and air for all of my AC needs

Very poor customer service. Extremely poor communication with customers. I have had an AC unit that is under warranty that needs to be fixed, that has been broken for 1.5 months in the heat of summer, and its still not fixed. Very little communication over 1.5 months from K&S, and only when I call them. I am always told they will have a Supervisor call me back with more detailed info or an updated, and they never call back. 4 calls by me in 2 days. No call back yesterday afternoon once again. Called twice today Friday at 9:30 AM & 3:30 PM, and was promised a call back twice. Still waiting at 5:30 going into another 90+ degree weekend. I've tried to be polite with the people on the phone, but this is ridiculous.

Our tech was super friendly and helpful. He was able to work to resolve our problem. He was able to explain the difference between the 1 inch and thicker filters. And I loved that he had filters on his truck so I could save myself another trip. I wish I could have this tech every single time!!!!
