We just purchased our home and had renovation work done, and needed to have the ducts and vents cleaned. I called Evans to help me with this request, and they were right on it to help me get the job scheduled. Everyone was professional and courteous! I will definitely call Evans for any needs in the future!

We had a problem with our AC not working. I called in the morning to see if they could send a technician to fix it. They sent a repairman in the afternoon who quickly diagnosed the problem and had the parts to fix it. We are back in business and are grateful to have a cool home once again.

When I built my home almost 5 years ago I went with the Original Evans because of their knowledge about HVAC systems and the quality of their work. I use The Original Evans for my annual maintenance to keep things running efficiently. They’re always punctual and courteous.

I’m sorry that I don’t remember the techs name but he did a great job! He found the problem but unfortunately we have to order the part and it will take a week or so before it will come in. But to keep us cool he did charge the ac and we will be fine until the part come in!

Do not sign up for maintenance agreement. Not worth it. You get a flyer to schedule your system inspection and they book you three months out in the middle of summer. What's the point of inspecting it in the middle of summer when you know its working or not?! The guy on the phone says well if it breaks call us and we will be out. What is the point of having the inspection agreement.

Don't waste your money. This company is not service oriented.

Evans installed the system back in 2012 and has maintained it since then. We have been very satisfied with there performance and the Lennox system.
Evans is pricing a replacement system use propane instead of electric heating, as well as a ductless system for the garage.

Their representative( Devry) was very personable and knowledgeable . Had my a/c repaired( capacitor ) in less than 20 minutes. And their fee was very reasonable. Very satisfied.
