They r willing to work with us around our work schedule. Hv used them for years. Bought our A/C unit from them. Speak to Hunter he is very informative and helped me several times by explaining everything in detail. Very honest.

All of a sudden my A/C unit wasn’t working properly and gave me an error code. I immediately called Evans and they had a technician (Vonn) out in about an hour. The fan went. Luckily they had one in stock and Vonn replaced it. From the time I notified them of my problem to completion of the wood was a little over 3 hours. As hot as it is right now and at the end of June, I consider that pretty remarkable.

I had a very positive experience with Evans! The technician (Kevin) was so friendly, knowledgeable and explained what he was doing at every step. He was such a nice person. I will continue to use Evans Air.

Our grandson was sound asleep, and the Evans repair man was so quiet and respectful, and did not wake him while he worked.

Been with Evans for many years including maintance agreements. They installed a new American Standard system in spring of last year. Had issues from the start, would not cool the farthest room while the others were freezing. They rerouted some ducts and that helped but still not right and electrical bill was very high. At recent maintaince visit I had put a temp gage beside thermostat that showed 3 degree difference. This Evans guy pulled the thermostat and found a huge hole behind the thermostat and you could actually feel a breeze of air coming thru it. So I was trying to heat and cool the attic for a year!!! While he was here he also found an issue with our other unit which would cost $1000. So I texted Evans about giving me a break on the repair since my Electric had been so high since we had the new unit. No response! Then I called office to ask someone to call, no response. Not what I expected from Evans since they had been so responsive before. Sad

Evans air is a honest reliable business.
