I called Evans about getting a second opinion. 12 days without heat on 30 degree nights and another part having to be ordered was a little umm challenging. In 10 minutes Kevin fixed my issues, it was just a loose wire!! Call Evans the first time!!

First summer in this home. We were gone for several weeks with thermostat being set set at 85. Upon return we set back to 75. Noticed the air velocity was low. The house has 10’ ceilings so to test we put a ribbon on a stick and when it was by the air vent it would barely move where in our previous home the air movement was very noticeable. Chad came out and after doing diagnostics at the air handler he came inside to look. Noticed the louvers which are bendable vs. swivel were not opened up very much. After bending the louvers there was plenty of air flow. Problem solved. Service call cost was reasonable, Chad was through, professional and friendly. Thanks Evans. Will recommend and use you again as necessary.

Chad was my technician. He was very professional and and explained what the issue was and the solution needed for the repair. I was low on Freon and he added same to compressor. He also advised me that my copper tubing was defective. Chad is a great representative for Evans Air. I highly recommend him!

Evans took care of our heating problem in a very timely manner. The serviceman went back to Tyler to get the part we needed and had us warm again in a short 3 hour period. Chad was very professional and friendly. I would wholeheartedly recommend Evans A/C Original.
