Outstanding in every way! The technician (Devry) was knowledgeable, professional, explained everything clearly, and gave suggestions for better performance of system (filters). HIGHLY recommend Evans and they exceeded my expectations in every way.

The technician, Seth, arrived promptly. He fixed all issues and and took time to thoroughly explain his remedies. I feel lucky to have a service contract with THE ORIGINAL EVANS AIR. Without the contract we would have been uncomfortable when the TEXAS heat hit. With the contract we did not have to pay for an emergency service call. Additionally I want to compliment the admin crew. They call to schedule visits and call again to let me know who will handle the call and when to expect his arrival. Thank you I feel appreciated as a valued customer.

They called at 7:30 AM the morning after I requested a call - so glad to get it scheduled!
He was early arriving and very professional and proficient. Explained what needed to be fixed, why and accurate pricing. I called Evans because I have a Lennox, but would use them for any brand. Outstanding service. Would recommend without reservation.

Tim came out and checked my system and sure enough it needed R40
Unfortunately with the system now operating correctly the drain line backed up and I had to have Seth back out there just a short bit after Tim left to fix that situation. All is well now the house is cool once again

Repairman came out and was very professional and polite. Good company to do business with. We haven't had much go wrong with the unit they installed years ago but when we do have issues they are very quick to respond.

They were great once we got Evans' technician Seth out from this company. He worked so hard in awful heat for hours to diagnose what was wrong and attempt to repair the unit until we both agreed it had to be replaced. Awesome A/C technician and a neck of a nice guy! The crew who installed the new unit a couple of weeks later were phenomenal, also.
