Called 9:50 am asking about the possibility of getting a service call today as a new customer. Was told can be done today maybe early afternoon. Jen called me back 10 minutes later said tech is on the way and should arrive in about 20 minutes. The tech, Seth, arrived right on time. Seth was very friendly and professional. He explained the problems and corrected them. Total job took him about 1 hour. I recommend The Original Evans A/C and their valuable maintenance agreement. Being new to the area it is quite a relief to have an A/C company we can depend on!!

My A/C went out on Saturday. I called Evans first thing Sunday morning and they were at my house before 10am. The repairman was professional and very nice. They have to order a part to complete the repair but called me promptly Monday morning to let me know the cost and expected delivery for the part. I am very happy with their service.

Our thermostat went out so they replaced it with a newer version. Service guy was friendly and had the thermostat replaced and running in no time.

Called when they opened on the Friday of a holiday weekend and they were here less than two hours later and fixed the problem in 15 minutes. Outstanding service. They were highly recommended from our neighbors and now we will use them for all three of our AC units in the future.

Our a/c went out on Saturday and we were having difficulty getting it repaired through our home warranty. On Tuesday we decided to call a local business and they did not disappoint!! When we explained everything to them they were able to send a tech out that same day. Shout out to Von, he patiently answered all our questions as he expertly diagnosed and repaired our a/c!!! I highly recommend Evans Heating and Air for your HVAC needs.

They came out the same day and communicated everything we needed to know.

Evans sent out someone within an hour of our call even though it was late in the afternoon, and the technician had it fixed quickly! Very professional and friendly. Very fair price! Highly recommend!

Called but can't even come out to offer service for at least 48 hours.

They did a good job and I like having a maintenance rig ram for my HVAC System
