Evans Air Conditioning, The Original

We have been using Evans Air Conditioning to maintain the AC system at our family's Auto Dealership in Tyler and they have been not only very reasonable for commercial services but very responsive if we have an issue. We had an AC unit fail for our critical computer room and they had someone over to us in less than an hour and it was on a Saturday! Great Work Guys!

We've used Evans for years and always find them prompt to send a technician when needed. The service technicians are wonderful - careful to check my equipment, evaluate the problem, explain what they find, and go over options and the reasons for any repairs. The annual maintenance contract is worth the money.

My AC unit died recently and they were very fast getting to my house. The technician was prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. Robert came out and showed me all my options and went over the differences in each. My new unit was installed a day and half later--they went to the extra mile to make sure I have the right equipment at my house for a reasonable price. When they left my house after the installation, it was left very clean. I recommend this company to anyone who has ever been treated unfairly by another company. You will find honesty at this company.

Only complaint is the scheduling. Told me on phone the repair man would be there around 5 as I had to work. Was then called around 4 saying he'd be there in about 15 minutes, so I had to leave work earlier than I already planned to to meet him or lose the appointment.

Our service was prompt and the repairman was pleasant and courteous. Our service call ended up being after 5:00 pm and he did a thorough job. Thanks Evans Air!

Unfortunately, we had to replace 3 AC units in a 2 year period. Fortunately, we called The Original Evans Air and they were able to replace the units in a very timely and efficient manner. Robert was quick to access the situation and was able to get the units replaced within 1-2 days. The crew who installed the units was very professional and knowledgeable. We are very pleased with their customer service and will use them for all of our heating and cooling needs.

I have used this company many times and also have yearly service with them. Prices are reasonable...technicians are knowledgeable as well as pleasant to have in my home...always nice to talk with on the phone! Just an all around good company for either service or repairs!

Installing a new Train inside and outside units

This was such a good experience of choosing the best equipment needed for our home. Robert Salvesen, was knowledgeable, helpful, not pushy, in helping us decide. The two young men arrived right on schedule. They were so respectful of floors, stairs and having to make lots of in and out trips. They cleaned up all the evidence of their work. We were extremely pleased with the whole process. Thank you 😊

Called for a service call and they were there within the hour. The service tech was thorough and explained what was done and what will need to be done to get the unit back to optimal performance .

I'm so thankful for Evans! Another company quoted us an enormous price for an AC unit replacement on our commercial building. We called Evans to get a second offer for a unit replacement and it turned out that it didn't need to be replaced at all. Evans cleaned the unit for a fraction of the price and it is working like new!
