Evans Air did a fantastic job with removing our old heat pumps and installing a new Lennox heatpump system in our home as well as a Diakin mini-split in our boathouse.
Robert was our sales guy. He answered all of our questions and handled everything in a very professional manner. He was responsive when I had further questions during the whole process. The quote was accurate and was exactly what we wanted for our home.
Cowboy and Chris did the installs. They were on time and installed everything in 2 days. They came when they said they would and were done when they said they would be.
The installs were professionally done and everything is operating as good as we hoped. We are now ready for the hot Texas summer!
Robert also took care of the warranty registrations and rebate requests as well. That gives us peace of mind!
Outstanding service! I look forward to them taking care of our systems for the next several years

Evans provided an awesome experience for me! They were very professional and could tell the service guys had the knowledge to do the job. We needed an unusual part that was not in stock and they went out of their way to find it so we could get our A/C up and running. We will definitely be using them in the future! What a wonderful service ! I would recommend them to anyone. Great personable employees. My husband has dementia, and they were so kind to him. Naturally being a man he thought he could still solve everything so he was constantly looking over their shoulder. They were so respectful and actually made him feel like he was a part of the fix. It was Seth and Kevin that came to our house and now I’m going to take them cookies!

Tech that came out was friendly and he diagnosed the issues quickly. However, they charged $109 for a 5 minute diagnosis, which we already had diagnosed by another company prior and told Evans about but they still insisted on coming out to collect the $109. Then their quote was $239 higher than the first company. Next, they told me 3-5 business days for the part to come in, where the other company could get it the next day. So, cheaper and quicker service is out there. Made our decision easy not to use them.

Professional. Very reliable. My system is over 15 years old and Evans has taken good care of it. Best thing is the yearly maintenance agreement.

I have used Evan's for years and would highly recommend them. They have always been professional and are fairly priced. I had a very old HVAC system in my house that they maintained for years. They never pressured me to purchase a new system. I went with them when I finally decided to purchase a new system last year and am very pleased with equipment and service.

This visit was part of our annual scheduled maintenance. As always, Chad was on time, pleasant, knowledgeable, and even took extra time to help us sort out a smoke detector that has been misbehaving. As Evans customers for decades, we've never had a complaint, and know we can depend on them on those rare occasions when we have an immediate need.

Great after having another business come out and tell me it was a freon leak and no one carries it Amy more. I cleaned yall. Tech was on top of it and actually video the problem being a fan motor going bad. Parts on order and yall will be setting up appointment once it is in. Thank you.

Evans has always been great to my husband and I and now just me. They let me know what to pay attention to, how to change this huge filter, and how the compressor is doing. I really liked Kevin!
