Complete Cool Air

Last night the AC unit stopped working suddenly. I called them first at around 6AM and they were out by 9AM. It didn’t take long to diagnose the issue and he fixed it within 45 minutes. He did some additional checks and the price was much better than I had anticipated. I will definitely be using them again in the future.

Air conditioner out in July???? Oh no. here comes a big, over-priced bill. Not so with Complete Cool. They were on-time, and very supportive. Don was my Service person. He went right to work, walked me through all my issues and put together the best possible solution for me. I highly recommend them. Most happy with and appreciative of Don and Complete Cool Air.

Don from Complete Cool Air came out today to install my thermostat and he also had to add freon and did a great job. He explained everything to me as he worked. This is my second time using them and I have been extremely pleased both times. I will definitely call them for any future air conditioning or heating issues I may have.

They came out and gave me the estimate and were able to set us up the next day (granted our system went out in April, not peak season) but everyone involved were completely professional and courteous. Even with all my questions.

The team at Complete Cool Air is very responsive and attentive. Two HVAC units went out after a lightning strike frying several components. The team showed up first thing the next day to check them out and worked relentlessly to get things fixed as the weather is getting warmer. I now completely understand why the previous homeowner had been a long-time customer of Complete Cool Air.

I have been looking for a company to foam our attic for a long time. Complete Cool Air answered every question we had and cleaned up after they finished.

Home projects can have their snags and this one only had a few. And, each of there employees was courteous, answered all of our questions and fixed or found the right person to fix these issues.

Today we have a cooler and quieter home and I highly recommend them .
