Absolute professionalism. All home owners feel hesitant to call repair companies with fear of getting gouged or cheated. Not with these guys. They are honest, fair, knowledgeable, friendly and good at what they do.

I called 4 companies after 5:00pm to get my AC fixed and no answers. I called these guys and talked directly with a technician who knew what I needed. We maybe got lucky but he was here within 30 minutes and had my AC running in 15 minutes. He also recharged the refrigerant and checked out our second system to make sure it was good.

He also gave me a few tips of things I could do to keep the system running more efficiently.

He didn’t charge me $800+ no. Not even $300. It was less than $250 to get both systems running smoothly.

I ripped the other company’s stickers of my units. These are my guys now.

The service from the guys at Complete Cool Air is top notch and I've been very impressed with how quickly they are able to get out to fix any problems we have had. They are honest and don't try to charge for more services than are necessary which is nice especially if you don't know much about HVAC. Will definitely keep using them in the future!

Complete Cool Air installed a 2 ton and a 3 ton air conditioner and heater in our home. Everything was quickly installed in one day. The owner came out and made sure everything was completed correctly. We had a nice cool summer . Our heater had a problem blowing cool air after several cold spells . Complete Cool Air came right out, analyzed the problem and stayed until work was completed. Thank goodness they were a dependable company and fixed the problem before this week of temps below 30's.. Cool Air stands behind their work. The owner makes sure everything is working properly. We will continue to use their services for our cooling and heating needs. Thanks Paul and crew!

Excellent service. Don was very friendly and knowledgeable. They came with in hours and had our air working in about 30 minutes. They repaired our downstairs AC last year. Same experience. I would highly recommend them. Fast, honest and affordable service is hard to come by these days - and Complete Cool Air doesn’t disappoint.

I called at 9:00 on a Monday night for a service call for this week. I was shocked that they asked if I was cooling and if they needed to come out right away. I told them tomorrow was fine as we are still at 75 degrees.
They set appointment for 11:00 am and I got a text at 10:30 that they were in route. Don got here , diagnosed the problem and had me at 100 capacity and very comfortable.
They gave me 2 recommendations on a possible coil replacement and a zoning board that is out. I will have them back in the Fall for that...
I would highly recommend Complete Cool Air .
