The owner of the company is the nicest and honest man I've met in a while when it comes to owning a business. The pricing he gave was the cheapest and most reasonable estimate compared to the other 6 companies I had come look at my issue. There was an issue with something a few days after my install of my new ac and Paul, the owner, came himself and fixed the issue and even went the extra mile to fix the issue that wasnt ac related that caused the problem to begin with, and all on a Saturday and he didnt charge an arm and a leg to do so either. We had flooding in one part of our home bc of plumping that we thought was caused by our ac run off being improperly replaced, but it was flooding from a clog in the run off area of plumbing. Paul referred a plumber that he knew could come out in a few hrs and got it fixed up for us quickly. This is why Paul is an honest businessman and definitely delivers on dependability even years after my initial installation with their warranties. Thanks Paul!

I am so glad I found "Complete Cool Air!" Orlando Gonzales is AWESOME! He was right on time. He quickly diagnosed the problem. He had the part on his truck to make the repair. He made the repair quickly and professionally. Repair cost was reasonable. Best of all a nice guy with a great attitude! I highly recommend Complete Cool Air and Orlando Gonzales!

These are are FAST, EFFICIENT and TRUSTWORTHY!!!!! They came out, fixed our heater now and now its working like a charm!!!! Their prices and very reasonable as well!!! Complete Cool Air installed an AC unit in my house, they worked all day on redoing the attic unit. The next morning I spotted a leak, they came by immediately and fixed it. I have used them before, they came by on a Sunday to fix the old unit. I had called several places and nobody wanted to come on a Sunday, but Complete Cool Air did! Thank You!

I hired Complete Cool Air to resolve an issue with my AC. In the morning I have the temp. set to 74 degrees and AC would cool it off to 74 degrees. However, by noon the temp. would start going up all the way to 84 degrees. They sent a tech out and he looked at the out side unit and the inside unit and said that it was a evaporator coil. Now I am not a tech but I know how AC's work. If it was a evaporator coil I would have a link and it would cause it to over freeze and if it was a blocked in the coils it would over freeze as well. The quoted me $1950.00 to replace the evaporator coils. After thinking about it over night I came in the next day and looked in my attic and it appears that the vents was not connected correctly. So I went to Home Depot and paid $12.00 for foil duct tape and reconnected them with in 30 minutes the temp. started to come down. All I can say is that be very careful and make sure what they are telling you make sense, if it does not get someone else to look at it. My temp is now at 72 degrees all for $12.00 and not $1950.00. Also I paid them $80.00 for the wrong diagnose and if I would have let them do the job it would have been wrong. Don't waste your money here.

Prices are really great. Paul came in and was able to find the problem right away. He worked quickly to fix the problem. His work area was clean and he left the area the way he found it. Would recommended Complete Cool Air to family and friends.

you are going to want to call this company for all your air conditioning and heating needs they show up when they say ,affordable prices, dependable. As a newly window women not accustomed to taking care or repairs. I found complete cool air made me feel comfortable with the process from initial call to the completion of the work. they checked everything ,explain my options in detail and they were not pushy and I will continue to use them.

They were very nice and professional. Accommodating with our timeline for different dates for our two unit installations. They were also a referral to us and I have already referred them onward.
