Came same day to assess my struggling ac after another company had to reschedule. Quickly identified the problem and quoted a great price upfront.

I saw reviews about this business doing business right, without forcing customers to price shop quotes so wanted to try this place out. I still got other quotes, and it affirmed the other reviews.

Prior company came out and wanted 400 for a capacitor that was still working and passed all tests. When I said no mysteriously my capacitor failed within 2 weeks of them coming out. Called complete air and they came out the next morning and fixed it in 10 minutes. They charged 250 for a top notch capacitor. Much better deal, even came earlier than planned time with my approval. Highly recommend.

The initial inspection was very complete. Everything was explained, including payment options. No pressure to use their services. The installation went excellent. If asked, I will refer my friends to us Complete Cool Air. Inspection on Monday, Installation on Wednesday. Great Services.

Great service. I called about are air-conditioning unit. They came out that day. The tech Paul was awesome very informative and spoke in layman's terms about are system.

Paul is a very responsive owner that works well with his clients, Don is a thorough Technician, explains the work being done with recommendations to help the homeowner save money in the future. Great company to work with compared to the one that installed the system.
