Total Air installed an a/c unit in my house yesterday and it was simply Fantastic..!
Don Mellado, my sales associate was always on time on appointments, very knowledgeable on the products and the brands they carry. He goes the extra mile in costumer service!! Luis and Rudy arrived before time and were courteous, quiet and professionals in every step of the process on the installation. Luis stayed until late making sure I understood the function of the a/c system.Great guy!! Brandon Brooks came to check on his workers and he order extra registers for the perfect air flow. The electrical crew were effective on their job. I would highly recommend Total Air!!

Where's the 10 🌟?! After 10yrs, my swamp cooler finally gave out. We're DIY & I grew tired of the maintenance and knew I wanted refrigerated air. Total Air was highly recommended and I see why...
1. Luis Hernández came to my home, assessed what was needed, explained various options and cost based on the square footage, and provided me with the brochure and a written estimate & warranties for all options.
2. I did my homework, found Total Air to be the best and so I proceeded with the online financing via their website. This is Awesome!
3. On the scheduled date, a crew of four arrived by 7:30am followed by the electricians. By 6pm, the refrigerated air system was cooling my home. As I walked around throughout the day asking questions, the personable staff and level of highly qualified workmanship, knowledge, and expertise and was obvious.
4. I now control the thermostat via WiFi on my cell or manual settings.
I definitely got what I paid for in the MOST positive way!! Very MUCH worth the money!

We chose Total Air for our air conditioner / furnace conversion and could not be happier. From beginning to end, Total Air has been very honest and very professional, and knocked it out of the park on our conversion.

From the initial quote to setting up the final inspection, everyone we have dealt with at Total Air has been top notch. Luis H. provided the initial walk-through and quote and from there everything went great. Everyone involved was very attentive to our needs and ensured we were happy with every aspect of the project.

The installation was completed in a day, and was done so by experts. Everyone involved knew everything about the project and products involved in our project. The final installation (from electrical to furnace/AC) is very clean and works great. I cannot stress enough how impressed we are with the way the project was run and completed.

Total Air has made themselves available anytime we have a question. I highly recommend Total Air for any HVAC needs in the El Paso area, you will not be disappointed. A true gem in El Paso. Thank you Total Air for your honesty and professionalism; you exceeded our expectations!

First Id like to apologize I wasn't able to submit my review sooner.
This is the 2nd time I've used Total Air and once again I am very very pleased. JOE was able to fix a major problem my mastercool was experiencing.
After finally being able to use my air conditioner day to day (one day cold one day hot in EP) looks like it's working better than it's ever worked.
I'm so happy and satisfied with a job well done. The ladies who answer the phone are ALWAYS so helpful and nice.

From the time I called their customer service was excellent.
Danielle was so helpful and kept me informed on when the technician would arrive.
Joe the technician showed up and was nothing but friendly, helpful and very informative.
Explained everthing he was doing, provided suggestions and was one of the best I've ever had work on my unit.

Last week my AC went out and after extensive research I choose 3 AC contractors and received a quote from each. After reviewing my options with each contractor I decided to go with TOTAL AIR. My decision was based mostly on my interaction with their associates. Upon my first meet with Fernie who provided expert advice and was the most friendly and honest salesman I've known to the technicians Joe B, Orlando and the young apprentice Miguel. They arrived on Friday at 0745 hrs and completed the install of my new 5 ton with evaporator coil and an immaculate clean up of the area by 1450 hrs. Orlando even went the extra mile and filled in and insulated some minor cracks in and around the tubing going thru the wall and even insulated the piping on my existing upstairs unit. Believe me I'm a very picky customer and Total air exceeded ALL my expectations.

Great customer service. Friendly staff. Very happy with the workmanship and cleanliness when they installed the units. They've answered all our questions when we were looking in buying our first refrigerated air system. Got our Rheem 5 ton unit and mirage split systems installed in our home August of 2016. Very happy with their service and will seek them out if we need anything else in the future having to do with the refrigeration system in our home. They are the best in town by far.
