I'm conflicted writing this review because at first I was happy with their business. My issue came when we kept failing inspections and they scheduled the inspection months after finishing the job. I think we failed 2 or 3 times for them not covering the unit correctly, them not making sure the breaker was the correct size and for something else that I can't remember. Either way I feel like these are things that should be checked as part of wrapping up the job. They did cover all the costs and did what needed to be done but I gotta say it was such an inconvenience to have to keep taking time off work or trying to figure things out for the city inspectors to come. I don't think I would recommend because like I said I feel that what we failed should have been part of the checklist of things to check before saying the job was done.

The big issue was that your personnel didn't check for simple things when installing the unit. If they would of done the job right to begin with we would of pass when the first inspector came not until the 3rd inspector. Take some responsibility for the bad job the people you have working with your company did, don't blame the city inspectors because like I said if your workers would of done the job right since the beginning only 1 inspectors would of been out and we would of passed. Maybe let your workers know to make sure and double check everything before saying a job is done.

Joe and Tony were amazing. They were on time and quickly took care of the problem with my AC. My favorite thing is that they reminded me many times that there is a 30 day warranty on the work they performed. This is how a business should be run. I will be calling them exclusively in the future. Thank you!

Total Air is an outstanding company! The service and professionalism of the staff and installers was outstanding. I had a very good experience with the sales person, the installers, and the office staff. They actually listen to what the customer desires and then they provide solutions that meet your needs. Other companies I have dealt with would always try to push what they were interested in. Total Air did not do this! The install was excellent. The team was very professional, efficient, and cleaned up after themselves. They clearly explained everything and I was most impressed that the owner showed up to checkup on his crew and to talk with me about the install and my overall experience with the company. I highly recommend this company and I will definitely use them in the future. Thanks for the outstanding support.

They are great! After having a horrible experience with another AC company, Luis at Total Air came to the rescue. Not only did Total Air have a better price, their installers and everyone did a great job and the AC works way better than the one I had. Even my daughter was amazed at the professionalism and service compared to the company we had dealt with before. I really recommend them!

I scheduled an appointment three weeks out, which fell on a Friday, because they said they were booked up until then. My appointment date came and went. They didn't call or show up. I called them on the Monday after our appointment and they stated they had no appointment for me. Very disappointed. Will not be calling them again.

**The owner then responded that it was fictitious and to remove it. How dare you and how very unprofessional. We have cell phone logs to verify the call when the appointment was scheduled. Who would make that up?? I assure you this is not trolling and not your competitors. A GOOD business owner would try to resolve this or at least get more information before acting like a child on Google. Way to run you business.. now everyone can see how you handle complaints. Way to go. 👍

I submitted a request for a quote online to convert from refrigerated air to AC/Heater. Within a couple of hours someone called to set up an appointment for the very next day! Luis was on time and very professional yet personable. He was clearly proud of the business but not pushy or trying to hard to sell me a product. He was thorough in describing the options they could offer, the work to be done, and how the process would go. The estimate was not cheap. It was more than what I had saved for this, but they do offer interest-free financing. Total Air was my first estimate, and I got several more. Some were cheaper, but I kept coming back to Total Air because I felt like I could trust them. It turns out, I could. The work was done in one very full day. Angel and Octavio were here exactly on time and worked from around 8 am steadily until about 6 pm. They were moving and working hard the entire time. They removed my evaporative cooler and furnace, installed the AC/Heater unit, smart thermostat, new intake and vent covers, and hauled away all of the old parts and trash. Alpine Electric came to do the electrical work. They all knew exactly what they were doing and made it work smoothly. The only difficulty was the Honeywell app did not want to pair with my thermostat--which had nothing to do with Total Air. It was a problem with the app, which I was able to resolve with a Honeywell customer service agent. Total Air has been very responsive even after install with any questions I have had, and they were even persistent in following up with me when I missed an email they sent with information I needed for the City inspection. (Adriana was super friendly and helpful on the phone.) If you want a professional company that does good work by the book, I can certainly recommend Total Air. Everyone has been so knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. I have no regrets and am finally looking forward to a hot El Paso summer!

Total Air has been our go to company for over 10 years. Their level of professionalism is unmatched. You can always count on them to quote you a fair price and they will respond to your needs quickly. The owners are extremely personable, I even had the owner personally drop by during an installation at our house to ensure everything was going well!! I will continue to use them, and recommend them to anyone who has heating or cooling needs.

on June 6, 2017 I had an A/C unit installed in my home by Total Air, Sean the sale representative was very professional and knowledgeable about the product and the installation. when I called him he always returned my call in a timely manner. I was so impress with Brandon, who is the President of this company, he deliver my unit, took it of the truck, and ensure that I conduct an inspection for any damages. the team that did the installation and the electricians were very respectfully and professional, they answer all of my questions. Angel instruction on the use of digital thermostat was very easy to understand, The site supervisor did a fantastic job explaining the process to me. You customer service is amazing when ever I call them or they call me they very polite and professional. I have served 26 year in the military and Total Air is top notch organization. if you are looking for a A/C unit for your resident our business. I highly recommend this company you will not regret it
