I purchased a unit from this company. The installers had been drinking which I complained to the project manager about. A year and one month later the unit has stopped working. The company only has a one year warranty on labor so I am out 14k unless I pay them thousands for there faulty install.

I paid another company to come review Toal Air's work as I would not longer have their incompetent staff come to my home. Total Air sold me an oversized system for their own personal gain. The issues I face stem from they placed an oversized HVAC system on my vents. They are so incompetent they could not measure the out put of the system they upsold me. As such the pressure/heat triggers a sensor that cause the system to stop for safety reason. This company obviously does not what they are doing and while the install and system are ok according to the other company, the fact they oversold a larger system for their profit is the reason I have issues now. The company wrote a silly reply considering. Please watch out for places like this, letting these type of crooks to thrive here.

A few days ago, we noticed a problem with our upstairs AC. We had called Total Air in the past when we had an issue with our AC, and they had done an excellent job then with fixing it. So we knew who to call this time around! When we contacted Total Air, they responded right away and scheduled an appointment (giving us a 2-hour time range for arrival). Total Air was great about confirming the appointment and then keeping us apprised of when the technician (Raul) would arrive. Raul ended up arriving right within the scheduled appointment time, and he knew right away what the problem was. He was so efficient at getting the problem diagnosed and fixed, and he went the extra mile in explaining what went wrong and what needed to be done. He took care of everything in a timely manner and made sure to tell us what to do to reduce the likelihood of this problem happening again in the future. He was courteous and professional but also friendly and personable. He wasted no time in getting our AC problem resolved, yet he also took the time necessary to get it done correctly and make sure it had been fixed. We cannot say enough good things about Raul and Total Air. They came to our rescue and got the job done! Raul sure was our hero today, and we can get a good night’s sleep again tonight (with comfortable, working AC!!!!!) thanks to Raul and Total Air. Yay Raul – you’re the man!

Had a great experience with Total Air. My home has two AC units and unfortunately both units died in the beginning of July. I started gathering quotes from various HVAC companies around town. A lot of the other companies didn't return calls, I had to essentially be chasing them around to give them my business, and some didn't even show up to give a quote when they scheduled. Total Air had sent someone out either same day or the next day and they showed up exactly when they said they would.

I ended up replacing both AC units and fans. I have an older home and I've found that a lot of the work that the previous owner had done on the house was done poorly, at best. So I already figured the crew would encounter some kind of setback or issue to correct. Sure enough there were some setbacks but the crew was very professional and did a great job with the install. Especially considering they were doing work in a home that was approaching 100 degrees during the day. Big shout out to Andrew, Luis, Orlando, Brandon, Ernie, and anyone else from the team that may have stopped by to help with the install. I expect this new system to run strong for many years to come but Total Air will be my first choice for any repairs and maintenance that comes up.

Our a/c stopped working in June during the hottest days. A/C was under warranty with another company. The company kept giving us the runaround for two months. We decided to give Total Air a try because we were dying from the heat and the electricity bills running portable fans day and night were eating into the budget. Total Air employee Raul arrived on time very polite and honest. They made us feel more informed on the situation explained everything throughly. Excellent service will continue to use Total Air for our a/c needs.

My Refrigerated A/C went out so, I contacted Total Air to send a technician to troubleshoot the problem. Mary, was so courteous and professional setting up my appointment for a technician to visit my home the next day. The technician named Joe showed up right on the time schedule and was thorough in isolating the problem found to be the fan motor. He quickly submitted an "urgent" request to order the motor. He did inform me that it might take a couple of days due to finding a motor that matched my 15 year old York A/C unit. Friday, Saturday, and Sunday went by when I received a text that a Technician was scheduled to do the final fix and testing of unit on Monday between 12 thru 1pm. Monday at 11:30 am the Technician Raul showed up eager to fix my A/C unit and get me back up and running. I was very amazed at the quality time and effort the Technicians Joe and Raul provided to me and, explained everything so that it was well understood by me. The outstanding professionalism provided by the current Total Air team of El Paso is honestly appreciated. They are highly recommended to all my family and friends. Thank you for everything.

Joe and Raul are very professional. They were on time and did the work within a reasonable amount of time. We are very happy with the service from Total Air and are glad we chose them when we upgraded to refrigerated air back in 2019.

This company originally installed my unit and was much higher priced than other competitors
Although I have zero complaints on their initial install, money is tight on a fixed income, and I chose someone else

Raul Hernandez, our technician came out on an Emergency call and took care of the issue. He came out quickly and his professionalism and knowledge was superb. We use Total Air Services for our Heating and Cooling maintenance. Without a doubt, during our 6 years of service support the current call is the best, Raul is a professional and he gave us personal advice on our two units. Thank you Raul and Total Air.

Joe had excellent customer service! He was very thorough and took time to explain everything to me. My AC works great! I would highly recommend Total Air! They were able to solve my AC issue in a timely manner. Happy Customer ☺️
