Talk about rapid response!. Called Cogburn's about an A/C issue at a property I own. Byron called me back personally within 5 minutes to discuss the problem. Within the hour the technician arrived and had the problem fixed in 30 minutes. Plus he gave me some additional advice on ways to reduce the cost of running the unit by up to $30.00 a month. We have been having problems with our A/C and Heat for some time. We have had several service calls but something would pop up soon after the call. Cogburn came out and did a complete survey of the HVAC system. They made recommendations on how to fix all issues. After one service call all of the problems were fixed.
