Rickey was a great tec. New what to do. Friendly and helpful still waiting on my old part he promised . I still think you charged to much. But you where the only ones who answered the phone and call back at night. and came the next morning on Sunday. Thank You

Both of my HAVC systems would not ignite, so I called Cogburn's at 7AM Monday morning. Ricky arrived within the hour. He was very professional, quickly corrected the problem and answered all my questions. The service charge was very reasonable. Called early in the morning and had an appointment within a few hours for an AC unit not functioning. Tech arrived exactly on time, and had the problem fixed within 30 minutes. Couldn't be happier!

Changed my filters and did a thorough check of both systems.

Our AC stopped working in the middle of the night. I called about mid-day and they were able to schedule a tech to come out same day at 4pm. He was able to come earlier than scheduled, and texted to let us know he was on his way. Rick was extremely professional and explained exactly the what was wrong with the system. In less than an hour he was able to diagnose the issue and replace our thermostat. Most efficient and effective service we’ve ever received. We have had a service contract with Cogburn’s for a couple of years so when my heat refused to come on last week, I called them. They were here quickly but with the issues my old heater had and the age of the AC as well, I opted for a complete new bundle. Work was done quickly, efficiently, and to my satisfaction.

Our home AC system went out on a Saturday. Cogburns had someone here within the hour to diagnose the problem. We had a big issue that couldn't be fixed until Monday, but the guys showed up promptly and had us cooling again just after lunch. We totally signed up for the maintenance package where they come and inspect your system a couple times a year to stop issues before they can get too expensive. Worth every penny!

So impressed. Needed emergency service. Friday night 8pm! Ricky came within minutes, uniformed, covered his footwear with booties. Explained the problem in detail. He took pictures. Service charge and repair charge very reasonable. I would definitely use this company again and would recommend it to friends.

I had an issue with my unit another company said the unit was no good and needed to be replaced. They quoted my wife 7500( obviously trying to take advantage of her). I called James and within the house he was at my house. He diagnosed the problem to something much simpler and it only came out to 500 dollars. I highly recommend Cogburns. Our A/C went out late this past Sunday and we contacted Cogburn's to get a quote Monday morning. The owner of the company came himself to give us the quote. Byron was on time and very professional in explaining all of our options in getting the issues resolved. I called him back at 9:30 p.m. to let him know we would be using them to replace the entire system . Not only did he take my call personally that late at night, they had my house in cool air again in less than 24 hours. I can't sing their praises enough!!
