Cogburn's Heating & Air Conditioning

Recently, the heating system in our home failed. After a bit of research we contacted Cogburns Heating & Air Conditioning. Mr. Cogburn listened to our concerns, then sent one of his HVAC technicians, Ricky, to diagnose the problem. Mr. Cogburn soon joined Ricky to confirm this & after reviewing the problem with us, listening to & answering our questions, he recommended a solution. We agreed & soon a new heating system was being installed in our home — a better one than we expected. Mr. Cogburn monitored the progress & by the end of the day a new heater warmed our home.
A couple of hiccups with the new heating system have occurred & in each instance the necessary update was made with impressive timeliness. The first incident happened on New Year's Eve night & Mr. Cogburn came out, inspected & diagnosed the issue, returning the next morning to make the repair. For the second repair Ricky returned, then waited for the unit to cycle & run to ensure that all was working properly. Each time they were in our home they were conscientious about wearing masks & about covering their shoes. This was really appreciated.
I understand that the new system is more powerful than the previous one & that adjustments have to be made to accommodate the difference. Mr. Cogburn has ensured that the new system is successful & runs efficiently. His work ethic & integrity are reassuringly impressive. I'm so glad that I called Cogburns Heating & Air Conditioning. When our A/C went out recently one afternoon, I had a bigger-name company come out and my partner and I were a little disappointed with the outcome. For a second opinion, I called Cogburn's and received a call back less than 10 minutes later. Byron came out within the hour to check out the issue and come up with a plan of action to get our cool air back asap. The very next morning we had Cogburn's replace our condenser and bring everything up to code. All involved were courteous, prompt, and really took the time to explain to us what was happening in our home. I know we got a really great value with all the work we had done, and I am confident that we made the right choice. I will be going to Cogburn's with all my heating and cooling needs in the future. Ricky Morris has helped my husband and I numerous times, even after office hours. He is very professional and punctual. He always has a positive attitude, even when he's outside sweltering in the 95 degree heat of a typical Texas summer day. It's so nice to have someone to call who I know will show up and fix the unit. He never pressured us to buy a brand new unit (although we needed one). That speaks well for him. He does his job to help people, make them comfortable, not to use high pressure sales tactics just to make a buck.

Cogburn's install team had my furnace and condenser installed in a shorter span of time than I thought was possible. My utility bill is a fraction of what it used to be. I would recommend them to anyone. I'm even keeping them around to do the maintenance on my new unit so I don't end up with a broken down air conditioner ever again.

Outstanding personal service on a Sunday!!! Byron not only helped me trouble shoot my issue over the phone on a Sunday but he then came out himself and fixed my issue. Cogburn AC gave me great value and got my AC up and running for the long haul. they are my AC and heat company from now on.

I called James this morning at approximately 8:10AM based on a referral. He arrived at my house around 8:30AM. (I was fortunate he had a little time before a 10AM service call he had scheduled) James diagnosed the problem, made the needed repairs, and had my house cooling within an hour. THIS is why you should always try to work with local businesses. They are in your area and often willing to help at a moments notice. James/Cogburn Heating & Air Conditioning will always be my "go to" company for anything HVAC related.

I called Cogburn's Heating and Air this morning and left a message. I received a phone call back from James within 5 minutes and stated that he would arrive within the hour. James was punctual, very professional and respectful of COVID precautions. The A/C was repaired and working in a timely matter. In addition we chose a membership due to the quality and professional service we received. I would highly recommend Cogburns Heating and Air Conditioning Services and James.

Just signed up with Coburn's plan and have been taken care of with excellent work from Rick Morris. Getting all the info I need to fix what needs to be replaced from the last company I used and didn't completely fix the underlying issue in my ac system. Would recommend to anyone needing service.
