I'm a handy dude and I wanted to save money by running some new ductwork for my home. Open To Public HVAC helped me plan everything out properly and had everything I needed in stock. I ended up buying a little more than I needed and was able to return some un-used products without a problem. I would highly recommend them! Nice people, fair prices.

Outstanding customer service. They tested a motor and two capacitors for me. Sold me a blower fan and helped me to trouble shoot my system. Highly recommended. Outstanding young couple working the store. Very professional.

Needed a replacement condenser motor for my Trane unit. None of the other AC supply houses either carried the part or won’t sell to the public. They also told me if I got the part, I wouldn’t be able to install it. Not here! Very friendly and helpful. Even drew me a diagram. Got the part, installed in an hour. AC back up and cooling!

Service by the young lady there was great, second time I deal with her and she's awesome. Great company good pricing, and always willing to help a newbie.

Outstanding. Danny went out of his way to help repair my AC, even to check out and repair a wiring harness. Friendly and professional staff who are DIY oriented. Easy to find location. Strong recommend!

This place is great! I had several problems with my AC and they held my hand through them all, ordering parts that arrived later that same day. In case of another issue in the future I will definitely be back

Folks did a great job getting me the right control board to replace my failed one. I was back up and running quickly without having to call a HVAC company to send someone out. Very helpful in walking me through the part and the install.

After being told that the fan on my 30 year old Trane had failed and it may be too old to get a replacement, I contacted Open To Public and they told me to bring the fan in, still attached to the grill. They tested it, told me that it was drawing too much amps, recommended a replacement capacitor and contacts, and then fitted an exact replacement motor to the grill for me, and tested that. All in, $208, compared to the $750-$950 quotes that I had. OTP didn't charge me anything for labor. They also offered to help me source a missing shroud for the fan. Very friendly and knowledgable people. I would have no hesitation in recommending OTP.

Always been able to find what I need for my AC. They give great advice and are knowable. I am a handy guy so with their help and me doing the work myself I save a bunch of money. I have going here for years, back when they used to have the same name as their parent company Air Force One Air Conditioning.

Changed out my own HVAC and these guys were the absolute best to work with. Matt knew exactly what I needed to do the job up to code. If you're doing any work on your own HVAC this place is where you go! Don't bother with anywhere else.
