This is one of the best places I’ve had the pleasure of doing business with. After our AC went out yesterday, we called Baker Bros. They wanted us to either replace our whole system or charge us over a grand to replace the condenser fan. OTP HVAC saved us nearly $800. They thoroughly explained the installation process and answered any questions we had. The gentleman who assisted us went above and beyond. Thank you. I will always recommend you guys from now on.

My blower wheel had apparently been slowly disassembling itself, until finally a thrown blade wedged itself into the housing where the motor could no longer start. Chrystal sorted me out in about an hour, confirming that my motor still worked, and all I needed was a new cap and a new wheel (obviously). She expertly swapped out my wheel, which was not an easy task given that the motor shaft was a bit rusty. The prices were very reasonable (especially considering it was an OEM part), and once I got it home and hooked back up it's humming along nicely, and much more quietly than before. Chrystal is both very knowledgeable and friendly, and I can't recommend this place enough.

I can't say how impressed I am with this business! The fan wheel on my furnace decided to self destruct and I needed to replace it and the fan motor. Called my HVAC company and they said they likely wouldn't be able to get to it until after the weekend. (Its supposed to be triple digits all weekend) Called and Chrystal was so helpful and found a wheel and motor that would work on my system. She offered to bench test my motor because she didn't want to upsell me on parts I didn't need. I was thankful, but wanted to replace the motor since it may be damaged from the broken fan wheel. She then installed the wheel and motor, balanced everything, prepped all the wires, so all I had to do was plug and play when I got home. They do all of this for NO CHARGE. What would have cost $1500 for an HVAC company to do only cost me $320. It is truly refreshing to find a business that is actually customer focused and not posing as such to get your business. I will forever be a fan (no pun intended) and a customer. Thank you Chrystal!!!!

I went in to get a new capacitor and possibly a new condenser fan motor. Chrystal greeted us as soon as we came inside and got right to it. It is very refreshing to see that real customer service still exists. She listened to my description of the issue and showed me exactly what was causing it. I knew then that I'd come to the right place. Her professionalism, courtesy and helpfulness cannot be matched. Forget every place else. Blown away by the support and price. I purchased a condenser motor to repair my AC system and they helped me find the exact unit at a fair price. Then they told me about possible challenges to expect during installation, how to deal with them and prepared the motor in advance, pointing out the exact steps to install it successfully. I was extremely impressed and saved myself hundreds of dollars that I would have spent had I called an AC repair service.
