I called Jade's frantic around 7:30 pm on a Friday night. The AC in our house had quit cooling and it was hotter than hot. The owner answered the phone when I was fully expecting an answering service. He asked me a few questions, gave me a few remedies, and promised to put me on the schedule for the next day - Saturday. I was skeptical but at 10:45 am, Saturday, he called and said he was on his way. The servicemen arrived within the time frame quoted and had the AC cooling within an hour. I appreciate their quick response, their reasonable price, and maintenance tips. While I don't wish anyone's AC to go out at home during a summer in Texas, if it happens, I suggest a call to Jade AC.

I needed someone to come out and check on my HVAC system because my nest thermostat wasn't working. Before the tech even came out I was walked through how to get the A/C running again as a temporary fix! I dealt directly with Chris and he was very helpful and professional. I swear these guys could coach a clinic on customer service, I will definitely be using them again if need be in the future!

A friend referred me to anther a/c company on Friday they showed up and said they could not get the part to get my a/c going until Monday. I went online found Jade Air they showed up Sat at noon got me up and running. Returned on Monday with the original part from the manufacture and serviced my a/c. The tech was great and took his time to explain everything to me. Did not leave me without air for the weekend. No one else for me!

I called Jade Air this morning because my air was not working. Chris told me they were backed up and he would need to call me back. He did and told me that it would be later on that evening before they could get to me.

I had another company out that replaced my Fan motor and one of the condenser for the fan. He missed the other condenser that was bad as well and a switch on the compressor was bad and it was low on freon.

Chris and Gilbert showed up and found the issues they saved me $7000.00 because my unit is 1991 and the switch on it was the game changer. Since they were able to fix it i have air again.

The customer service is outstanding that alone is a 10 in my book.

You are my go to company now.

Chris was great.
I called him about my tenants A/C system in Dallas. Instead of quoting prices he just wanted to help. His instincts were correct, the A/C was fine just a error on the thermostat. He sent a guy out there to help my tenant and charged noting. He will be my go to guy for all my A/C needs for my investment properties. He is also a Veteran, Support our Vet Businesses in Dallas! WoW, This Company Rocks!

I'm an aircraft technician by trade, yet I didn't know the system of our furnace. I found the manufactures data on the internet. Yet, I was looking for a special part to buy that I knew was the problem.

Yet, I called them thinking they were a parts dealer. Instead of hanging up the phone. Jade Air talked me through the problem, and they actually helped me over the phone!

If I have any problems or need service! Jade Air is the first people I will call!

They are GREAT!!

Gilbert came out promptly on a Sunday morning to tend to our AC problem. He was great at diagnosing the problem and quick to solve it. Replaced a capacitor and installed a hard start, working a total of 1.5 hours on the entire job. A quick look up on the net of the parts he used showed a total of $150 in parts, including the electrical tape, extra wiring, shipping, taxes, etc. I was charged $635 for the service... A whopping $485 for his labor!! While I appreciated his prompt service, I disliked the dishonesty in pricing. I tend to refrain from writing reviews, but I do feel buyers should beware from using his services. In the least, ask for a price quote before moving forward and don't be duped like me.

Gilbert and his team have serviced my old unit for a long time. They have always been friendly, knowledgeable, responsive, and reasonably priced. Whether you're looking for a new system, or service on your old system these are good guys to call.

My A/C broke and they said they’d be able to fix it. They rescheduled on me 5 times, I left work early three of the times to meet them. Incredibly unprofessional and this experience has left me incredibly frustrated. Would not recommend. Find someone else.

I scored a gas company rebate deal for a new gas water heater (to replace my failing 14 year old "good and faithful servant"), but still needed installation. Jade has been aces with our air and heating so I called to see if they did water heaters. Chris answered and told me, "Yes, sir, we do." Chris had me text him the make and model number (for the connections and dimensions) and where to pick it up. Chris called when his installers were on their way to the store, and they called when they'd gotten the water heater. 90 minutes later, out (and off!) with the old and in with the new. So quick, so easy, so rea$onable, and SOooo much better! Thanks, guys. Thanks, Chris. And thanks again, Jade Air!
