The guys at Jade have always come through for me in a pinch, and always provide professional and courteous service at a fair price. I’m not easily to please, and I trust them with my family’s comfort.

Jade Air was very responsive and helped me with an AC situation I thought wasn't fixable. I highly recommend them.

Called these people last Thursday to get a quote for an install of a part. They gave me the lowest bid by a lot so decided to go with them. The guy said the part should be in either next day or following Monday. On Friday they said the part hadn't come in so they would call us on Monday when it came in to schedule the appointment. They never called. On Tuesday we texted and called but no response. Wednesday we texted and called and got a hold of someone that said he would call back to schedule the appointment. Finally got the appointment scheduled for Friday morning but we weren't given a timeframe other than "early morning". At 9am we called them again to see what time they would show up and the guy said he would call back in 15 minutes to let us know what time. He never called back. I called to cancel the appointment and the guy didn't even seem to have our house on the schedule and didn't ask us for a name on the appt but just said ok. I guess going with the lowest bidder is not always the best idea.

Jade Air is responsive and quick. They always give an understandable explanation and their prices are fair. Easy to do business with.

Chris is a really nice guy. They had to order in a part from Trane and promptly installed it and got me up and running again! Highly recommend.
