Excellent service and I got my appointment on the same. I had an unexpected issue with our AC unit thankfully someone was out within 45min. to diagnose the issue.

Very polite gentleman came to the house to take a look at my A/C. Was informed my unit was undersized for the house ... He didn't charge me for taking a look because there was nothing he could do and gave me some advice on dealing with the builder. If they do not cover expansion I will probably have these guys doing my work.

Showed up on time, found the problem and fixed it. Could have sold me a new unit but fixed the older one and extremely fair and honest on pricing. I will recomend them to everyone that needs AC work.

I contacted Cy-Fair Mechanical, LLC because the heater in my house stopped. I talked to David Moore (owner) over the phone, and he helped me with my issue without any service. I can't think of any other owner or company that would offer help over the phone. I will be using Cy-Fair Mechanical for all of my a/c and heater needs.
