Called Ron at Texas Star on a Saturday evening when my a/c quit on me. Returned my call within 10 minutes and was on site in less than an hour. He is a true professional that takes pride in his work and absolutely knows what he is doing. Was able to fix some of the faulty work that previous company had done and got everything working without trying to sell me more than I need. I will be using them from now on for all my heating and a/c needs

I had to come on here and do a review for this awesome company! My husband had Texas Star come out to our home a couple weeks ago because our AC went out...we just bought this house recently...so it was very upsetting. Ron came out and was HONEST with his findings, he didn't try to take advantage of us or the situation, he simply fixed what needed to be fixed, and saved us from what we thought would need to be a full replacement. We know one day we will be looking at having to replace the entire system, but Ron addressed the areas that were causing the problem, and only charged us for what absolutely needed to be replaced. Our AC is running beautifully now, it's nice and quiet...whereas before it sounded like a jet engine taking off, and our electric bill even went down! We just wanted to say how much we appreciate a company with integrity and honesty, which is a hard thing to find these days. This repair company is the best company in Texas! Their prices are HONEST and work is done CORRECTLY! This is the company you NEED to use, because of how honest and caring they are about their work. Save yourself the time, and call this company first!

So very happy and happy to say I finally have a heating/ac company that will be my go to. Ron explains everything thoroughly and wants to make sure you are happy with his service. They installed my new heater and more. Did such a great job and his helpers are also so nice and they worked hard and made sure everything was neat and working well. I can’t thank them enough for such great service and reasonable pricing. Give them a call for your air needs. I wish I had found them long ago.

We were lucky enough to find Texas Star years ago to help maintain our A/C and heating units. One A/C unit was original to our 40 year old home. We we did some upgrades to our house a few years back, there was no doubt that we were in the best hands to walk us through what we needed and then to do THE BEST work replacing our A/C units (the original one was still running thanks to Mr. Ron but it was time for it to retire) and Furnace. The job was done above and beyond any great expectation. When you hire Texas Star, you are hiring the best in the business, hands down.

Texas star heating & cooling has earned my service for life! My AC unit stopped working on Saturday over Memorial day weekend. Another company came out, told me they couldn't repair it and it needed to be replaced. I started looking for a second opinion. Ron answered my call and came immediately. He walked me through the work he was doing and showed me the part that was bad. He explained everything he did and answered all of my questions. Ron was incredibly thorough, informative, and most importantly HONEST! He repaired my "unrepairable" AC for a very fair price instead of trying to sell me a new one i didn't need. These guys charged more than $500 for sanitizer and cleaning solutions. They installed the AC system back in 2016. When I requested service recently, Ron told me the AC filter was bad and needs to be replaced. Then he said he replaced the compressors and cleaned the system. The total charge was $1225. When I told him that the compressor should be covered under warranty then he sent me a bill with charging 0 dollar for compressor and bumping up prices for others to cover compressor prices. These guys do not have ethics and please be aware of this before requesting their services. I find them very unprofessional.

Whenever we have called him, he has responded immediately and in many instances even managed to provide a service call SAME DAY! If not same day, he would arrive in a day or two. I looked for a recommendation on Facebook and after multiple people recommended Ron, I gave him a call. He arrived at my home within an hour of calling, and was very polite and professional. He checked my AC system, realized I needed a new fan motor. He went through and explained not only the need for a new motor, but why the other one wasn’t working properly. He was kind, respectful, and efficient. He made sure to clean up after himself, and I feel like he went above and beyond to make sure I was getting a good deal. I would highly recommend anyone that needs HVAC needs contact Ron!

I have contracted Texas Star Heating and Cooling a couple time now, when previously I didn't even keep contractors contact information due to their service. Ron with Texas Star H&C is extremely knowledgeable and gets the job done, at a competitive price. He shows up when he says he will! I cannot say enough about his company.
