My AC went out today. Called them around noon. They were at my house by 4:30pm same day to assess the issue. Turns out everything was fine and just paid a diagnostic fee. AC working great again. Even though everything was fine and they didn't need to fix anything, will definitely use them again because of how responsive they were especially during a busy time in Houston due to the heat wave.

I am very happy with Blue Label Services. I was having AC issues and it was 90 + degrees outside. I call them and they came out the same day to find the issue. I decided to get a complete new install because of the age of my old AC/Heating unit. They came back the next day and installed the entire system in 5 1/2 hours. I would high recommend Blue Label to anyone for their AC/Heating issues.

Very responsive; came next morning and got my house cooled. Tech was very knowledgeable. They replaced the evaporator coil and then sent a Tech to check out the work and make sure it was all done correctly. I would recommend to anyone needing A/C services.
