Barry, Brock, Misael, Jose, Mario, Jordan, Lilliana, and Tom all did a great job with communications, installation, and trouble shooting our new HVAC system. They performed a heat calculation and repaired some duct work at a competitive price. Additionally, they provided a better warranty than some other companies who provided quotes.

Brock and Jordan were great! Brock was honest, knowledgeable, and answered as many questions as possible. He was with us throughout the entire process, coming back to walk through the completed work afterward. Brock found a connection was loose and made sure that it was secured by Jordan who did an excellent job. They both exhibited both integrity and responsibility- something sometimes lacking with contractors and technicians. I would recommend ATS Mechanical to anyone!

I want to say first off, I'm not a relative nor did I know the ower of this company before I asked for service but I want to say that I called about a repair and the tech was at my house within an hour. After seeing that my A/C system was just gone and just too old to repair, He contacted the sale dept. for me and had the owner come out to talk to us the same day as well, long story short, I can see why everyone has 5 stars and so do I. Excelent service and sales and intallation was the next day and they finished within like 4 hours, the installers never stopped untill the job was done and they were very quiet and professional. Thank you so much for helping me out in a time of need.

Overall experience was great from start to finish. Would highly recommend! Was not the typical sales pitch in and out kind of deal. We were informed about the product we were going to purchase and given all the information we needed to make the right choice for our home. Originally called for mechanical service needed on furnace but ultimately ended up replacing our old tired out furnace. From the very first call initially for service to very end after install, ATS mechanical staff were all awesome!!! Very friendly, professional and accommodating thru the entire process. Also, prices are reasonable, not gouging like the big name companies. And, they don't try to up sell anything, we made all the choices with their professional guidance as to what works best with house size and budget size. All things considered, overall value is top notch! Thanks again to Jordan, Brock, Lily, and the installation team. At, Barry, worth honorable mention is Jordan. He is absolutely the best!!! He is very skilled, friendly, and just a great person who is so easy to work with, definitely a valuable asset you're lucky to have!

Heater went out during the holidays and other companies told me that I’d have to wait to get it fixed until the new year. ATS sent a guy in a couple hours and he did great. Jordan was professional and did a great job.

I had called them to get a second opinion from a previous technician that came out with a diagnosis. So, glad I did, there was nothing wrong. Lilliana was great, and Tom was superb!

We were having a drainage issue at our house and wanted ATS to check out. They were able to schedule an appointment with me the very next morning after I contacted them. Jordan, the technician, was on time and both polite and super knowledgeable. He let me know what he was doing every step of the way and happily answered any questions I have.
