The owner. David Moore, came out to my home and measured the attic space and informed me the unit would have to be installed horizontally. He was very responsive to all my questions and sent me my proposal that afternoon. Great workers and a quick install in 1 day.

I came home to a warm house and panic struck. I remembered a story from the news about a company that helped an elderly person when there AC quit on them and I said to my self if I ever had an AC problem I would call Cy-fair Mechanical. So as promised I called a company I believe in. A technician came out within an hour and had me up and running within two hours. They found the problem and did the repairs at a lower cost than I could have imagined. If I ever come home to a warm house again I won’t panic because I know who I’m going to call.

We called to have our broken AC fixed. They were able to send out technicians the same day to troubleshoot the issues. They determined that the parts were under warranty and referred us to a company that would replace the parts under manufacturer's warranty. Very honest service. Will definitely use them in the future.

This past Mon/Tues, we had our 3 ac units, 3 furnaces, 3 thermostats, plus 5 returns replaced with quality Lennox products, through Cy-Fair Mecanical. It all began when we had our upstairs ac unit checked by another ac maintenance co., we had signed up with, come check it. We were tired of hearing how HOT our kiddos were upstairs! The "bad" news was delivered that our Carrier builder's grade unit, although functioning-barely, was breaking and not repairable. We were aware that our downstair's units, also, were getting old too. The gentleman from the maintenance co. gave us a quote to replace our unit w/a good, better, best Daikin unit and create the 5 returns, (we learned that although Perry builds a good home, they generally do not put returns in bedrooms, since we are supposed to all sleep w/our doors open, lol!) His quotes were so high, my husband and I realized we needed to get more quotes. Boy, are we glad we did!
We got 4 others: 1 more Daikin, 1 Lennox and 2 Trane. To be fair, all the companies gave a variety of quotes for different ac capacity units, (and furnaces and thermostats when needed with better ac units). David's quotes for the different Trane units was most competitive. Then he surprised us by announcing he could offer Lennox, instead of the quoted Trane units, (at even a higher SEER) w/energy efficient furnaces and the latest thermostats AND save us $1000, after all rebates applied. Who does that? (David had quoted Trane at 1st, but while we were deciding what to do, he became a Lennox dealer again.) He & his crew showed up on time Mon, introduced themselves & got to work. They were so quiet, we hardly knew they were here. AND IT WAS HOT!! They got the 2 downstairs units, 2 of the 3 thermostats and 2 of the 3 furnaces completed on Mon. Alfredo was very nice, they were efficient and cleaned up after themselves. It was a very long day for the men. They turned back around and came Tue to complete the work. The 5 returns look like they were here when the Perry house was built in 2008. My husband and I cannot express how pleased we are that we chose Cy-Fair Mechanical to replace our ac's, furnaces, thermostats and build the returns. We have great warranties on everything, but we shall use them for our maintenence work. I highly recommend them for the work you need done. At least give them a chance to come by and give you a quote! Thank you David, Alvredo, Avery, Alexander, Randell & Ryan!

Recent problem with phone number was because the anti-Christ, Comcast Cable, gave this good guy a 'new' number (so they could bill him $ for a new number) when he moved his office one (1) block: and Comcast never told him they would disconnect his 'old' number.

David & his team at Cy-Fair Mechanical replaced my two AC units with new LENNOX systems a couple years ago. They honored my warranty with them when we experienced a recent freon leak. David and his crew replaced the parts and we are operational again. THANK YOU DAVID

Compressor went out and decided to get a whole system. Got four quotes and went with Cy Fair Mechanical because they seemed to be the most honest and straightforward and I was right. Great unit and even better service. No need to shop around for estimates...just go with them.

They were prompt and sent a technician to my house as quickly as they had available. The technician was thorough, friendly and professional. He gave me a detailed idea of what my options were and was very efficient. He even gave my dogs some personal attention. Very pleased!

Very fast response and diagnosis time. David was honest and informed me that my system was still under warranty with another company and recommended I call the other company instead of paying him to do the work. His correct diagnosis has helped when dealing with my warranty company.
