Never fails..as soon as I leave town for work, something around the house goes down.
On Sunday around 5 o'clock my wife texted and said she just got home and said the house was 81 degrees but the thermostat was set at 76. I left a message with air clinic. I was notified that someone would be able to come out the next day on Monday to take a look. Luckily this wasn't the middle of summer and the wife and kids were able to stay in the house overnight. As promised, a technician ( I wasn't there, so unfortunately I don't have his name) came over and diagnosed the problem. I had a leak in the coils. The tech didn't have the parts needed but made a call to have the parts delivered to the house. While he was waiting for the parts he removed the bad coils and not much later the new coils arrived. The tech replaced the parts and had the system back up and running like new again. I hated not being there, but it was awesome having a company come in and take care of a problem so quickly. I can't say enough about this companies customer service and service after the sale. A++

In the maze of seeking a reliable and capable Air Conditioning/Heat repair and install team - -this company is a gem of a find. My home AC unit died the first week in July. I called air clinic and explained my need and the fact that we had a new baby in the house. Seth, one of the owners, was on site the same day, within hours. He measured rooms, took apart the unit, crawled into the attic, sat at our kitchen table and called his suppliers to provide an immediate estimate. The guy even asked for a broom to sweep up after himself. Amazing. Because I shop for value and quality, I had two other companies come to the residence. No one did as thorough a job. Actually, some of the problems with the broken system which Seth, one of the owners, identified, none of the other guys saw. Add to that, the quote for the system, was the most competitive/fair. The job was done just days after the price quote. And the install was really professionally done. Plus, Seth knows his stuff, and actually answers his phone. This is my first ever Google review, but I felt motivated by how great I was treated by this company. I highly recommend them!

February 14, San Antonio Valentines Day Massacre Freeze- My furnace failed in the middle of the night. I had my 92 yr mom and 1 & 3 yr grandchildren and their parents living with us because they lost their electricity. I called the owner, he walked me through some steps on the phone to diagnose the problem, then even with dangerous road conditions he sent out one of his guys who fix the problem and charged me an honest normal service charge. It’s during these stress moments when the quality and character of a business owner shows itself. These guys are the best.

January 2022- I had a loud vibration coming from my filter box. The help I received was truly exceptional. Two techs and the owner came to diagnose it during three separate visits. These kind of problems only the best can solve. They managed to identify the problem and repair it. You guys made me a loyal customer.

As a general contractor I was aware of the "tricks of the trade" if you will. I had several company's over to bid the replacement of my complete A/C and Heating unit. Some companies bid the job extremely high and some outright lied to me trying to sell me items I did not need. Some of the salesmen that I met with knew less about the systems than I did and one even measured the outside patio. Now to why you came here, two companies bid the job at what I already knew was a correct price structure for what I was asking for. Air Clinic and the other co. were competitive in price however with Air Clinic I received a 15 seer system instead of a 14 which qualifies for a CPS rebate, and they included the thermostat that I wanted that the other co. was not willing to do. I contacted a supplier friend of mine in Houston and for me to purchase the equipment and install it myself would have only saved me $550.00. Ryan came right out of the box with a fair price for the system and Austin and Xavier did a great job on the install. All involved from those in the field to the office staff are courteous, friendly and a pleasure to do business with, I highly recommend this company.

We were extremely pleased with the service provided and particularly pleased with Jesse, the tech that the did the work for us. He was very professional and took the time to explain what was needed. We will always use Air Clinic for our service needs and will recommend the company to our friends.

I had a great experience from the initial phone call to the end of service. They were able to work with me and come during my lunch. My technician was great, very knowledgeable and professional. He figured out the problem quickly and got me back to work on time. I would highly recommend them and definitely will use them again. Thank you so much!

Steve was awesome! I felt bad not offering anything to drink, I know it was hot outside and inside my house. After running a diagnostic on my system he broke down all my possible options and resources to get my A/C unit fixed. Hope that someone gives him a raise.

Neil was my tech. He was on time. He quickly found the problem and as he was checking unit i was telling him how I felt the unit was working for the past few months since I just bought the house. He suggested adding a part that would help to even lower my electricity bill. I also mentioned some other issues throughtout the house that I was needing to figure out who to contact to fix. Some of these things he said they do as well. He spent a little extra time to take measurements and other information needed so he could work on an estimate for these extra projects which will help bring my older home up to code (something I was already planning on doing). This was like a ONE STOP SHOP 😊 which is GREAT for a single parent who doesn't have time.

After living with a system that was inferior in every way for over 10 years, we finally decided to begin seeking proposals to replace 2 complete systems and rework a lot of the duct work in our house. We spent about 2 months seeking help with 10 different companies in and around the San Antonio area. All were big name companies with good overall histories. There was a wide variety of solution ideas as well as a wide spread of costs that were proposed. In the end, we decided to go with Air Clinic and we are so glad that we did.
We received an excellent proposal which included a high end heat pump system for our downstairs area and a less than high end for the upstairs. We also needed extensive rework of the ducting and the addition of 3 zoned areas so as you can see, this was a large job for a residential reinstall. As a matter of fact, one of the more popular radio advertised places here in town told me that the job was too big for them to do and that they wouldn’t even bid on it.
Air Clinic not only showed up on time but they performed a knock-out job from 8:00 in the morning until the evening hours for 3 days in a row. The technicians all had specific strengths and they worked together like a clock. Removal of the old systems, installation and assembly of the new systems, reconstruction of boxes and replacement and new runs of duct systems worked like a charm. On the first night, they made sure to keep an AC system for our master suite area so that we could sleep comfortably and we did.
Ryan, Preston, Austin, Justin, Andrew and Kevin each performed their jobs with great care and respect. I simply cannot stress enough how much praise I have for all of these gentlemen and what they have done for me and my family. Truly the best of the best.

Ryan was very helpful in explaining his analysis and plan for our specific situation, so I was very pleased with quote and had two units installed. Installer, Israel, was very courteous, professional, and answered every question I had for him. On time arrival for initial meeting and planned install. All went as planned and we are very pleased with the new units.

Air Clinic was fantastic. When our upstairs unit cratered after 16 years, Air Clinic was ready to go with a new, very efficient Trane, plus they repaired some badly needed duct work. The whole thing was still significantly less expensive than the 3 other bids we got. And they came back out a week after the install to make sure everything was working properly. Outstanding service start to finish. We were very happy to switch to Air Clinic for our ongoing maintenance as well. Never had such a great experience with an HVAC company.
