SA Specialties

I've posted this same review on Yelp, so most of this is a copy/paste. I hardly ever review places unless I have an absolutely terrible experience, or an absolutely terrific one. Having a few plumbing issues fixed by SA Specialties was a great experience and I'm happy to have found a go-to plumbing service.

Called them a couple days before I wanted work done, woman on the phone was very courteous and clear with pricing, scheduling, etc.

I wanted the washing machine drain cleared and the cold water faucet to the washing machine replaced in the utility room. She quoted me a price over the phone and I was told technicians would arrive somewhere between 11-3.

Eddie and Tony arrived a few minutes before 11, fixed the issue promptly and gave me some advice on washing machine hook ups. They were both very professional, fast and while there was some confusion over the price at first, Eddie called the dispatcher and she verified the quote that was given to me. He honored that price and I didn't pay a penny more.

I used to use the plumbing services of J.L. Hearn, who was purchased by SA Specialties. Jerry Hearn serviced our office for a few years and we came to trust him and his workers. I was skeptical that the same solid service would transfer after SA Specialties bought Mr. Hearn out. I'm glad to see that it did.

They do great work. SA specialties have replaced my hot water heater, reset a toilet and have installed a ro system.
