    Extraordinary service! All three professionals that came to my house were extremely dedicated and even explained exactly what happened to the unit. It took 4 days to get it fixed, but only because they needed to wait for the right part to be replaced. In the first visit TJ showed me where the unit leak was and this was really helpful later on when Roy and Jessie came the following day so I could share that info with them. I will be forever thankful for having Roy and Jessie fixing the AC unit even late at night. I wish all the services were like this one, efficient, professional and really respectful! Great job team!

    I have had the new system for several years and it has performed above our expectations. The salesman was not a hard sell and advised us on what we needed. We just had our air conditioner serviced and the technician, TJ, would not leave until he was certain everything was in order. Extremely good work ethic. Kudos Air Clinic.

    Roy and Preston have taken a deep dive in to the HVAC system in my home. When we were having air concerns in certain spaces they came to our home as many times as it took to make sure we were comfortable. They never wrote us off or tried to tell us we did something wrong. They just kept going until our concerns were resolved. While I hope to no longer need their services for my system, I would not hesitate to contact them should something arise. — This is fantastic customer service.

    Missed three consecutive appointments without any notification. Spent an entire year trying to sort out billing and service for three separate accounts. After 3rd consecutive missed appointment, I cancelled contract and yet I continue to get billed. Technician recommended service that another technician performed although he felt the service wasn't really needed. Major repair accomplished and now I'm not sure there was actually a problem as there were no symptoms of an issue. Overall, lack of service, lack of communication and not trustworthy.

    Ryan, Mallory, and the air clinic install crew have been a pleasure to work with. From start to finish they have kept us in the loop about what to expect. Upgraded our old HVAC system recently. Install took 1 day (7-8 hours) and the crew was amazing. QC visit performed shortly after to ensure the system is working properly. Will definitely recommend Air Clinic to family and friends.

    I thought I was getting a head of an issue by paying to replace a unit in the fall. The brand new unit Air Clinic installed lacked a part to work properly so they said the part would take a month to arrive. After a month with no follow up, I reached out and they decided to replace the new unit with another unit. Many months later and about 10 trips to our home, the 2nd units still isn’t working as it should. It’s 80 degrees in our home and my wife is about to go into labor any moment. They whole reason I decided to get a new AC unit months ago preparing to bring a new baby home.
    I’ve been incredibly accommodating and friendly but at this point I don’t see that is helping push things along.
    -Current situation: it’s 7pm and they said someone was going to be out today to fix it for the 8th or 9th time. No one has called for an update and at this point, I’m starting to think all these folks writing reviews need to hold off a couple months to really see if this company is worth using.
    Side note, my wife said one of the working that came out on one call blasted his own company Air Clinic for about 30 minutes straight. So there’s that as well…
    Only reason I’m still using this company is because the parts and labor warranty on the unit is with them.

    The technician and phone staffs are nice, but scheduling was a nightmare. The company was contracted through Lowes to install my ac a few years ago but it was not installed correctly leading to further problems down the road.

    Thank so much Air Clinic for sending out Roy! He was amazing! He handled everything very professionally and was very informative on what was gonna happen and how long it would take to complete the job.

    Overlook at Creekside community, New Braunfels. The Air Clinic Technician who came to my house was very courteous and knowledgeable. He immediately identified the issue and made the necessary repairs.
