today, maintenance technician came out to do the semiannual inspection of my air conditioning system. the gym was very polite he explained everything he was going to do and he went right to work. after completing his inspection he explained the status of BAC and heating system.

Driver of a gmc pickup was driving extremely recklessly. That just goes to show there character, would definitely not trust them with any kind of home service

TJ was fantastic! Very professional and courteous! My landlady had to call for an emergency because our ac unit quit working! TJ Did a great job and was very quick and efficient! Was also very informative about what he was doing the entire time! Will definitely recommend his service!

Carlos is an excellent representative of Air Clinic. He's thorough and explains what he's doing. I know when he comes out to do our season maintenance that all three units Air Clinic has installed will be in good order. He's now our "go-to" technician when we need help. A shout out, too, to Mallory and Patty at the office for timely reminders.

Air Clinic, working through Lowes, was quick to respond when my ancient AC conked off - Ryan, the Air Clinic expert, was prompt and extremely helpful in providing me with several alternatives as replacements. Overall the Air Clinic team was efficient, meticulous and helped me get my new AC in place within a day.

Carlos was very thorough, knowledgeable and courteous. This appointment was for my winter PMA (Preventive maintenance agreement.) He answered all my questions while he was working. I felt reassured that both downstairs and upstairs systems were being checked to ensure proper functionality. I already have a PMA for 2023 to make sure both systems run properly.
