He could have easily sold me a more expensive unit, but I mentioned that I was interested in selling the house in a few years so recommended a more value-based unit. Thank you for the help!

I have been fortunate enough to see the gamet of AirClinic's work force from the sales representative, installers/technicians, supervisors, and owner to see my project completed in a timely manner. If your system goes out, they will let you know upfront if repairs can be made in conjunction with preventative maintenance or replacement is needed. I know a good thing and this is it! When you choose AirClinic of San Antonio for any type of installation, repair or preventative maintenance, you will be SATISFIED! Be sure to ask for Carlos to do your work, he is AWESOME!
Air Clinic of San Antonio has proven to be a great company! From start to finish they have been able to cater to the customers needs. We were impressed with the way their comfort specialist had provided information which best suited our living environment and the options that were available. Their team of installation technicians were also professional and efficient. They were very courteous and respectful about the property when removing the old units and installing the new ones. They answered all questions and provided as much information to operate and maintain the system. With that they followed up with a technician to recheck for quality control and if any issues were needed to be corrected. Overall this is great company which has provided us with the satisfaction and confidence in our investment. Thank you!

I really didn’t want to leave a bad review, but after being told that i would be charged for somebody to come troubleshoot the system that was installed June of last year, I felt I had no choice. When the unit was first installed, it took a few days and 3 teams to get everything set up. Once it was finished, it worked great. I was so excited that I opened the AC closet door to the smell of gas. I tested with soapy water, and sure enough, there was a gas leak. They had to come out once again. This should’ve been caught at install. I’m glad I have a good nose. When season changed occurred, a tech. came out for maintenance. I’m not sure what changed, but the fan speed was changed then. It wasn’t a huge deal because I barely use the unit in winter. April rolled around, and I call again because the fan was extremely loud and high, unlike the first summer. The speed was adjusted, and I asked if they could show me what was being done. I was told no. Now July is here, and the fan speed is once again high and loud, and unless I want to pay for a service call, I have to wait until fall to have someone come out. I’m not going to pay somebody $50-$100 to come out and press buttons on the computer portion of my unit. This is frustrating.

As a customer, I truly felt customer service has been something that has been lacking with just about all companies during this day and age as the world is just in a different place currently. Pandemics and other challenges such as a lack of qualified applicants for employers to pull from are just a few examples as to why customers have been getting the short end of the stick lately. I’ll admit my first impressions of Air Clinic and the work they performed on my home was not up to my standards, not to mention some very unclear communication from the start, left both parties frustrated and me not wanting to move forward with them. It wasn’t until the owner, Seth got involved, and he personally came to my home to inspect the work that was clearly not up to his standard as well. (In all fairness, judging from the previous reviews I was the exception to the norm) but from that point forward, I was sent out a very competent crew for duct work and I cannot thank Austin and his crew enough for the marvelous work they performed in my attic. Seth even came back out to reinspect the work which was completed and made sure I was thoroughly satisfied which I was. You can tell that he takes a lot of pride in this company that he has built from the ground up and that bolds well for a company when you have a leader, leading from the front then everyone else will emulate his example. Top notch customer service and would highly recommend them to anyone needing a new HVAC system or professional duct work! Thank you, Air Clinic!
Recently had a central ac unit installed..Ryan came out n gave us a great estimate n did an awesome job getting us a system that works with our home..he went above n beyond making sure they got everything installed as soon as possible due to the recent heat wave..It was definitely appreciated!Alex also did a excellent job installing everything for us! I highly recommend Air Clinic!
