Very friendly and attentive. That goes for the person giving the quote to receptionist and installers. Had many options and did not try to upsell to something I could not afford or needed. Would recommend them.

We had an issue with a heat strip that could of caused a fire when furnace was turned on. The part was ordered & installed in a timely manner. The tech Rep Dakota is very Knowledgeable about his profession & through in his work. Also Windy & Robert are very attuned to their customers needs. Wendy the gal in the office is extremely knowledgeable in AC She provided a lot of information. She kept me inform by e-mail for schedule times. She makes you feel very welcome. The two AC repair men were also very knowledgeable. They were very polite and respectful to me and my home. I feel Reliable air and heat is a honest company. Bruce was prompt, very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He came out on the weekend to fix my problem, and that’s exactly what he did. He’s the kind of guy you would like to have as a neighbor. He informed me of what it was going to cost me before he completed the work, and I feel it was fair!

We called and a representative showed up in less than two hours on the same day. He was professional and quickly diagnosed the problem part that caused our heater to not turn off unless we turned off the breaker. He repaired it and had our heater working right in less than an hour.

My air suddenly started blowing hot last night, I called this morning and Beto was able to get it running cold right away. They are very affordable and honest. I would recommend them..they have gained a lifetime customer.
