I needed some work done on my mini split for my garage on short notice. I called several companies before I found HWS, and they all told me that they couldn't help me. HWS, was very helpful and quick to respond. I have added them to my list of preferred companies that I like to do business with.

Chris, was always immediately responsive to our calls and the technicians were professional, friendly, well-mannered, competent and took added precautions to keep our house clean. They were careful to explain our problem and the steps needed to correct our system as well as to help us navigate through our warranty company. HWS serviced our A/C, and, as always, did a great job. Chris is always prompt to call with updates, goes the extra mile to help, and is so polite. Our Tech, Matt, gets it done. He got our unit operational after being stuck in the attic on the hottest day of the year. He is also very courteous and was quick to clean up anything he tracked down from the attic. All I can say is I'm impressed.. The HWS team went above and beyond! Chris was extremely responsive and helpful in dealing with our home warranty company to repair BOTH our AC units that went out days apart. HWS did a tricky furnace replacement for us, and they've fixed our AC a couple of times. They're a great company. They show up on time and do great work. We've worked with a ton of contractors and repair companies in the time we've owned our house, and HWS is by far the most responsive and easy-to-contact company we've ever worked with. Very honest. Attempted to repair the A/C first instead of an immediate upsell. When the repair didn't seal the leak, HWS credited the time and materials towards the new A/C. They would have replaced the Evaporator Coil but we decided to replace the entire unit for the higher efficiency and better manufacturer warranty. Great company, highly recommend over some of the other companies that I engaged with their salesman vibes and higher pricing.
