HWS Air And Heat & Appliance Repair

I requested a service through my home warranty and was given HWS contact information. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and got me a appointment the very next morning. The technician they sent out was awesome, very professional and knowledgeable and he had my ac fixed within the hour. I will definitely be using these guys in the future.

I can't say enough about our experience with HWS. Having had a less than favorable experience with another vendor when our air conditioner had to be replaced at the start of May, we were really worried that it would be another 2 week outage this time. Fortunately, it wasn't so at all. Chris was so easy to work with and she listened to my concerns and her service team worked extremely hard to make sure that we were taken care of. I would definitely recommend this company.

Professional service all around. From the scheduling and assistance handling our home warranty to the Professional installation of our AC system they were amazing. We will definitely use HWS again in the future!

I am so pleased with the quality of service I received. Starting with Mrs Chris in the office who went over and beyond to accommodate my schedule. The techs Adrian and Chris were quick but through. They had to stop a leak and extend my AC drain. They even offered suggestions of additional work and equipment that needed to be replaced/installed as well. Thank you guys for fixing my issue.

After a nightmare company came out when our ac went out, our home warranty replaced them with HWS and they were fantastic. Chris is great and all the guys that came out to work on the new system were wonderful. Would highly recommend them.

I placed a service call in that morning and Justin made it a priority to come out and fix the my unit the same day. He was on time, very professional and polite. Thank goodness for this company because I have little ones. I would highly recommend HWS.

HWS performed a yearly HVAC maintenance They arrived promptly and did a great job., My system needed some coolant that they were able to provide, and now I am set for our Texas long hot summers!

Everyone we dealt with was so friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, professional and trustworthy. What a refreshing experience! The last company we used, who supposedly offers Houstonians "Moore" only cost us MORE. HWS on the otherhand not only found our problem but helped us to save more! We will never use any other company than HWS for our heating and air conditioning needs. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Quick and great service. Called in for service at 9 am and showed in under 2 hours. Adrian and his helper (didn't get his name) were friendly and efficient. Explained what was wrong and fixed it quickly. Chris who we spoke with in the office was friendly too. Very affordable service. Will definitely use them again and recommend to others.

We arrived at the office at 8:00 am, to find our AC was not working. It was already 83 degrees and climbing. Called HWS and they sent someone out to fix an hour later. Excellent service and response time.
