HWS went above and beyond to help me get my unit working again, I went through insurance so it took longer but they helped me stay on top of it with the insurance company to get it taken care of as soon as possible. There is no one else I will use in this area to do business with going forward.

What an amazing company!!! They came quick and before any other company.... both men took the time to fix what should had been done years ago and also pointed out any other issues that may occur! Thank you for having such a great staff and being responsive when people need it the most definitely using them over and over again!!!!

While the need for these services was terrible, this company made it about as easily bearable as it could be. A quick response and diagnosis and in no time our house was back cooling down to comfortable levels. If you are in need be sure to give HWS Air and Heat a call you wont be disappointed!

My AC went out on Saturday, come early Sunday morning they were there and diagnosed the problem. Since the part wouldn’t be in until Monday, they installed AC units for my family. Come Monday morning, I get the delighted phone call stating my AC was up and running! No issues since! I HIGHLY recommend HWS Air and Heat!

He is very unprofessional and good luck pinning him down on a 4 hour window which is standard stuff. I had to take off the whole day from work. He acted like he was doing me a favor by telling me what day he could come. He was repeatedly rude and sloppy too. Poor professionalism.
